After submitting some basic info on the website, Tanner reached out immediately. I had a busy week so I received a few more messages before I had the time to call back. I did and he was super friendly, answered some questions, and made an appt for me to come in and look for a new Subaru and see about trading in my old one.
I already knew pretty much what I wanted but had questions and needed people who knew more than me. I was so very lucky to get Teya as my sales lady extraordinaire. She is new, not to the car game but to the sales floor and did an amazing job at finding any answers she didn’t know, learning from her coworkers along the way and for me, her great personality and presence helped me feel comfortable and we even had some fun! We didn’t find what I was looking for that first day but I left feeling I knew even more of what I wanted and overall it was a great day.
Later that evening I got a call from Brennan who offered to assist in finding me the right car and invited me back in the following day to look at another option. Luckily Teya was working that day as well so the 3 of us test drove my car, they answered questions, and we chatted along the way.
Tina hooked me up with snacks, Suby was my emotional support car buying dog, the best! I believe I met both Jake and Sam, both were super friendly and helpful.
Ok- full disclosure, did they upsell me? Yeah, they sure did, but not so much that I feel regret, I loooooooove my new car. So good for them. I had my financing all set but they wanted to beat what my credit union could do. The paperwork of buying a car sucks. I hate it. But this was best case scenario. I spent a lot of time with JP and he was awesome. He explained everything to me and gave me the information I needed to feel confident moving forward.
Now finally, I needed to go back just a week later to refinance. My credit union was able to beat their deal, to everyone’s surprise so I wanted to cancel some additional policies and rearrange some numbers. Nate figured out how to accommodate my schedule to come in right away over the phone and I worked with Lloyd to get everything changed. He was super helpful, efficient, and made everything easy and fast.
Needless to say, I’m very happy with my experience and look forward to more great service when I bring my car in to have the service team keep it in great shape.
One more thing, the best thing, Teya worked some magic and got 2 new soobies for my dogs! Now my husband, myself, and my two pups all have our Subarus and we all love them very much.
