It made me confident enough tk make the drive down from the Lewiston area and rent a hotel in order to test drive the vehicle. Left shop after oil, filters and recall service completed and check engine light was off. 1/5 mile from shop check engine light came engine light on. Early the next morning it was diagnosed and work started. It was finished within 24 hours. Eric went out of his way to get me back on the road and with the help of his service manager reduced the price greatly. Eric is a very professional, compassionate and understanding person. Larry Miller may have a great service manager now but Eric would serve as an excellent manager as well. I really appreciate what Eric did for my wife and I.
