For the last 3 1/2 weeks I have been, and continue to be, interested in purchasing a 2023, not a 2024, XC60 Recharge Plus Bright from Volvo of Savannah. I have been assisted in my buying process with Emily Walker-Veloso and Michael Cashwell from the Internet team. Both have been fantastic in helping me to identify the correct vehicle and to work with me throughout the process. Unfortunately I have not received very much support from the General
Sales Manager Walter. I do not know his last name and after 3 1/2 weeks of attempting to negotiate a purchase of this vehicle I have never spoken to Walter or received an a mail from him expressing his interest in selling me this vehicle. As a customer I am extremely disappointed in this customer experience based on the lack of interaction with a General Sales Manager who supposedly wants to sell a car. In addition, Walter decided to include the Volvo Incentives in the Dealer Discount after I asked for the discount, making the discount appear larger than it actually was, to be calculated separately to be able to compare deals. Perhaps Chris, who I am aware of from northern VA when I lived in Warrenton, should be aware of this customer experience. This is a vehicle that my wife really is interested in, as you can tell from 3 1/2 weeks of attempting to make a purchase, or I wouldn’t waste my time with this dealership. It seems that if you really want to sell a 2023 vehicle when the 2024s are already available you may want to try a little harder. Also
I have been made aware that leasing a 2023 will not be available after the end of November….Chris if you really want to sell a car please let me know.
