I scheduled for an oil change and a tire rotation. I arrived at 8am which was the earliest time slot available for car service. I assumed that this could take maybe an hour or two. Upon checking in, I worked with Marcus/ Benjamin Wise. I told him that I had scheduled for an oil change and a tire rotation. He suggested that I get 40,000 mile service. Initially I was not interested, but told him to go ahead with service. I was told that this service would take 3 and a half hours to complete. I noticed that other customers were getting their cars completed and leaving while I was the first appointment scheduled, but still waiting. I checked my messages and saw that I had been sent a review invoice which did not match what I was told. It showed an oil change, tire rotation, and a suggestion for new tires adding up to almost $2,000. I went to the front desk to get everything sorted concerning the estimated time for service and whether the services requested were performed. Marcus assured me that he had everything handled, printed, and ready to go. He then left to help another customer and left the service floor all together. I check the papers that he had printed which were not matching the services that I had completed. I had to ask another associate for assistance in this matter because it appeared that he was too busy to handle my needs. This made me question if the services stated were actually performed on my vehicle. I am willing to pay to have all recommended services completed, but I wanted to ensure that I am being charged fairly for my services. This was frustrating because I had been here since 8am. I did not feel that I had services accommodating and attentive to what I needed. He definitely tried, but his attempt made it appear that his other customers were his focus, not my experience. More
