Not sure I would keep this Volvo, my second EV from this Brand, if it were not for Northpoint Volvo. The service department there models the best: courteous, professional, helpful, and customer advocates. I trust them, which is a lot as I don't trust any dealership or service department and they have helped me a number of times.

Rick was great to work with!! Super knowledgeable. His customer service is top notch. Also, Joesph in service, same as above! Highly recommend.
