If you’re in the market for a new vehicle and actually want an enjoyable, stress-free car-buying experience, I highly recommend Beaver Toyota and asking for Quang! Over the years, I’ve purchased quite a few vehicles, and I can confidently say that my experience with Beaver Toyota and Quang was hands down the best I’ve ever had. From start to finish, there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision or buy on the spot. Quang took the time to answer every question, address every concern, and accommodate every request. It was refreshing to work with someone who genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase rather than just trying to close a deal. Even the final step with finance was a pleasant surprise! Mikael had everything organized, explained, and ready to sign. What impressed me most was the complete lack of pressure to purchase additional warranties or extras. Anyone who has bought a vehicle knows that the finance office is usually where the full-court press begins, but that was absolutely not the case here. Beaver Toyota has figured out how the car-buying experience should be. Treat customers with respect, be transparent, answer their questions, and let them make their own decisions without pressure. Appreciated the service writer giving me a good deal for an oil change and coolant flush on an older. camry. A little over filled on oil but mechanic said it was fine. My car's engine doesn't hold as much oil as newer cars, so this happens often for oil changes. Fast and polite service.

Too bad mechanics,they overfilled my 2023 Highlander engine oil,while I was driving home from the dealership I got three times sluggish acceleration which I never had before..the oil reached two inches over the max level 😡😡,the engine can be destroyed in a minute driving with overfilled engines oil.

Recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Sequioa TRD Pro from Lowe Toyota. First of all, the buying experience was much better than previous experiences at other dealers in the Middle Georgia area. After owning the vehicle for three weeks, found that there was a problem with the vehicle in how it was made at the factory. The accessory on the vehicle was causing a minor problem and I am a very picky customer. I dealt with Kevin Williams, the sales manager and made him aware of the problem. He had limited ability as the local dealer sales manager to handle a problem that was factory installed. However, he promptly came to a satisfactory solution for both of us. The accessory was removed and corrected the problem with the vehicle. By the way, I love the Sequoia, and this corrected the only complaint I had with the vehicle. He did what a manager is hired to do. He was presented with a problem and came to a solution in a prompt manner and I left the dealership satisfied. This is rare in today's market, especially with car dealerships. I want to thank Kevin for his help and would recommend Lowe's to anyone. Keith Martin
