I was traveling back to Florida from Indiana and suddenly the tire lost air completely and when replacing it with the spare I had, I found two nails in the tire and one of them left a big hole . This dealers the tire lost air completely and when replacing it with the spare I had, I found two nails in the tire and one of them left a big hole . This dealership was the closest and when I arrived there they had only two vehicles so it was not so busy but still it took the service advisor like 15 min to come which is not an issue. I explained what happened and asked him to do an oil change too since am there in addition to replacing the tire that was supposed to be covered by the road hazard protection I bought from Toyota upon buying the car, the service advisor said I have to have the original invoice with me since am an out of state customer!!!!!!!! It's 2026 what is the point of having computer systems then!!! he said he'll make his phone calls to see if he can get it covered without taking any pictures of the old tire to submit to the insurance company because that's how the process, they ended up repairing it I don't know how and they didn't let me know it will be repaired instead of replaced, they didn't even ask me if I wanted to pay for a new one. Once it was done I was given an invoice of $121 and the invoice has no breakdowns it only says parts??? Oil change and tire puncture,,,, what parts??? Even the sticker, they usually put on the windshield after the service, wasn't changed and I still have my old one from the last service, even if the forgot to do so after changing oil leaves me in doubt and that indicates the lack of experience and how unprofessional they are. I had a bad day on the highway and they made it even worse. I don't like to leave bad reviews but you guys left me no choice, I apologize for the 1 star and the above review but maybe it'll change something for someone else to be served in the right way. More
I previously gave this dealer a 5 star review, I stand by that concerning the purchase, but we noticed a crack in the windshield. We called the sales person to let her know and see if they would repair it. Y that concerning the purchase, but we noticed a crack in the windshield. We called the sales person to let her know and see if they would repair it. You are not losing our business because you wouldn't repair it, you are losing our business because you said you would call us back and you didn't! You have to give service after the sale. Thanks for nothing Virginia. More
Avoid Lowe Toyota Service Department at All Costs – Warner Robins, GA If we could give zero stars, We would. Brad Boone recently had his 2013 Toyota Tundra towed to Lowe Toyota’s service department Warner Robins, GA If we could give zero stars, We would. Brad Boone recently had his 2013 Toyota Tundra towed to Lowe Toyota’s service department after experiencing starting issues. He had already replaced the neutral safety switch himself (with input from actual mechanics), but it clearly needed to be adjusted or reinstalled correctly. We told the service advisor, Gina (#1548), exactly what was done and exactly what we wanted/needed: check the switch, adjust it, and if needed, replace the computer stent. Gina said they’d perform a diagnostic for $140. Fine. Less than an hour later, she called back and said it “had nothing to do with the neutral safety switch”… but also said it did need a slight adjustment (so… which is it?). Then she dropped a $1,400 starter replacement quote on us. She claimed the truck was immobile and had to be “pushed into a spot”—so we arranged another tow to get it out of their shady hands. Here’s where things get insulting: when we arrived to meet the tow truck, the Tundra started perfectly. No delay. No struggle. Just started right up. Gina never bothered to mention that the truck was now driveable. She just let us think it was dead. Why? Because they were hoping we’d blindly authorize a $1,400 starter replacement we didn’t need. We drove straight to Advance Auto Parts. Had a real diagnostic run on the spot. Guess what code popped up? The neutral safety switch. That’s it. No starter issues. No mysterious “mechanic-only” codes. Just exactly what we suspected in the first place. The fact that Lowe Toyota tried to upsell a totally unnecessary repair, misrepresented the status of the vehicle, and failed to communicate basic facts is unethical at best and fraudulent at worst. This kind of dishonesty is why people don’t trust dealership service departments. Save yourself the stress, money, and insult—take your car somewhere honest. Lowe Toyota is definitely not it. More
Recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Sequioa TRD Pro from Lowe Toyota. First of all, the buying experience was much better than previous experiences at other dealers in the Middle Georgia area. After ownin Lowe Toyota. First of all, the buying experience was much better than previous experiences at other dealers in the Middle Georgia area. After owning the vehicle for three weeks, found that there was a problem with the vehicle in how it was made at the factory. The accessory on the vehicle was causing a minor problem and I am a very picky customer. I dealt with Kevin Williams, the sales manager and made him aware of the problem. He had limited ability as the local dealer sales manager to handle a problem that was factory installed. However, he promptly came to a satisfactory solution for both of us. The accessory was removed and corrected the problem with the vehicle. By the way, I love the Sequoia, and this corrected the only complaint I had with the vehicle. He did what a manager is hired to do. He was presented with a problem and came to a solution in a prompt manner and I left the dealership satisfied. This is rare in today's market, especially with car dealerships. I want to thank Kevin for his help and would recommend Lowe's to anyone. Keith Martin More
We went to purchase a vehicle with my wife after discussing pricing with Vince beforehand. He assured us we’d get the best price available if we came in. However, that wasn’t the case. From the mome discussing pricing with Vince beforehand. He assured us we’d get the best price available if we came in. However, that wasn’t the case. From the moment we arrived, we didn’t feel welcomed—their expressions said it all. Vince stated “We are not Ford or Chevy with $10,000 discounts” (We weren’t asking for a $10,000 discount). We couldn’t come to an agreement so we thanked them, and left. As we were leaving, their General Sales Manager ran out and yelled at us, saying, “This is the #1 price we can give you. Toyota won’t let us sell vehicles to our liking. If you come back, we won’t give you that price.” I’ve never witnessed such unprofessional behavior, especially from a General Sales Manager at a Toyota dealership. After yelling at us, he stormed back inside. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, be cautious. They’ll waste your time, mislead you about offering better prices, and resort to yelling when things don’t go their way—particularly their General Sales Manager, Kevin Williams. More
I called to make sure the vehicle was available for sale after I drove from Atlanta, GA. The salesperson said the vehicle sold yesterday. They also said, "We have some other vehicles I can show you." Sam Alonso was very professional and went out his way with my purchase. (I was from out of state and had to fly in) Sam made sure all paperwork was ready and made sure I could get into financing quickly with my purchase. (I was from out of state and had to fly in) Sam made sure all paperwork was ready and made sure I could get into financing quickly and that there were no discrepancies to deal with. The only issue faced was my own ignorance of the dealership hours, so I was not able to close the night I flew into Atlanta and had to get a hotel for the night. Sam offered help with this, but I declined out of recognition of his family and for that I am very thankful for the offer. I would do business again with Lowe Toyota and recommend them highly. More
