Buyers beware of this unprofessional dealership. I Purchased a vehicle from them July 30th and an aftermarket warranty. After 3 weeks a tire went out and after 6 weeks there was a mechanical problem with the drivability of the car. Rick Hendrick Sandy Springs stated they can not touch the vehicle (Although it was sold by them and construed to me that if i had any problems just bring it in to get serviced i purchased a warranty no problem) but in reality it is not that simple. if you dont have a toyota they will send you to another dealership where you will be on the hook for all expenses out of pocket. ($300 just to get the car diagnosed in my case). if you were trying to reach out to the finance managers that sold you the car and the warranty GOOD LUCK! Super unprofessional as far as communication and leading potential buyers on with unrealistic expectations. Do yourself a favor and find another one of the million dealerships in town and thank me later. 1 star "far from great" is an understatement. More
