I'm so thankful the Service Center was there and open when I needed them. I thought I was bringing my car on my lunch break to put air in the tires, but I had a screw in the shoulder and needed a new tire. They learned my tires are warrantied and they had a replacement available. Using their shuttle service I was able to get back to work and get the tire fixed without missing a beat. This is why I will continue to purchase and service my vehicles at Cobb County Toyota.

My 2nd purchase from LaGrange Toyota. Let's just say I would rather drive 45minutes and get the level 5 star level of service than drive 10min and not have my expectations met. I have been considering a Land Cruiser since it's re-release in 2024. I test drove one at LaGrange Toyota and knew I would get one BUT I wanted a very specific color interior and exterior. I had met Kenny Crawford while on the lot during one of my service visits (I own a Highlander purchased in 2015 from LaGrange). He was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot but more importantly he was engaging and very open with details of a purchase. We stayed in touch until I was ready and when it was time to order the vehicle he got it done and delivered in 3 weeks. The purchase experience was smooth, short and the vehicle was everything I had hoped it would be. Highly recommend Kenny and the LaGrange Toyota Team if you want to own a vehicle from an amazing brand - Toyota.

I would like to give a shout-out to Franklin Toyota and specifically, Kirsten Smith in Service. My son's 2017 Tacoma was experiencing an issue with something draining his battery and after reviewing, the technician was able to find the issue and fix it. Kirsten kept me in the loop on a regular basis with updates. In addition, there was a recall on the back break light above the back window. Kirsten took the time to order the part and schedule a follow up to have that recall fixed as well. Great service!

I have purchased two trucks from this dealership and did not have any problems with the sales department. However, the customer service that I received from the body shop was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. My truck was being repaired from hitting a deer and I waited for over 100 days to get my truck fixed. I was given one excuse after the other for them not being able to fix my truck which was mostly cosmetic damage. I also tried Toyota corporate customer service and didn't do much better with them, all they kept saying was contact your dealer, thanks for the help, Toyota. I can honestly say I will never be back to this dealership for any reason and may be done with Toyota all together.

Sam Alonso was very professional and went out his way with my purchase. (I was from out of state and had to fly in) Sam made sure all paperwork was ready and made sure I could get into financing quickly and that there were no discrepancies to deal with. The only issue faced was my own ignorance of the dealership hours, so I was not able to close the night I flew into Atlanta and had to get a hotel for the night. Sam offered help with this, but I declined out of recognition of his family and for that I am very thankful for the offer. I would do business again with Lowe Toyota and recommend them highly.

Toyota South Atlanta was the second dealership we visited - Jeff

Toyota South Atlanta was the second dealership we visited this week to purchase a new or newly used car. Tim Ellis was the kind of salesperson we wish we could always have. He was direct. He did not take us in circles. He did not have to "check with someone else" about our requests because he knew his job and was always respectful and accommodating. He closed the deal with his knowledge and authenticity. Another employee also deserves praise. Her name is Dekia. She led us on our test drive and also answered preliminary questions about the operation of the car and its features. When I returned the next day to pay for the car and get the owners' manual, she said she thought my nephew had left his earbuds on the table the previous day. She did not have to do that. In fact, he had left them there. He is grateful for her kindness and honesty. She did the right thing when she did not have to, and that speaks to her integrity and way that she looks at the world. The qualities these two employees showed us are a compliment to two valuable employees.

Stay away. - Wasted Time

Stay away. Horrible experience. Pulled the whole bait and switch. Came in to discuss a particular used truck, next day sent info on my trade-in and negotiate a price for the truck and Dennis Giles immediately sends me a total offer for a completely different new truck. He jerks me around saying he's going to give me an offer soon for the truck we discussed, only to push the other truck on me again, then says the truck I'm interested in was sold. Such xx, stay away.
