⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Troncalli Subaru! A couple of weeks ago, we purchased a Subaru Outback Touring from Troncalli Subaru, and from start to finish, it was hands down the best experience I've ever had at a new car dealership. The professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and customer service were exceptional. There was no unnecessary pressure—just a genuine effort to make sure we were comfortable, informed, and completely satisfied with our purchase. Then there was the Outback Touring itself. I was completely amazed by the features, ride quality, technology, comfort, and especially the incredible attention Subaru puts into safety. I was so impressed with both the vehicle and the experience we had at Troncalli that I did something I certainly wasn't planning on doing... I went back just one week later and purchased a Forester Touring Hybrid! That probably says more about our experience than anything else could. Buying one new vehicle is a major decision. Going back to the same dealership a week later and buying another speaks volumes about both Subaru and Troncalli Subaru. They have earned our business, our trust, and our highest recommendation. Five stars simply aren't enough!

The car sales man (Tyler) was very helpful and proactive. If he did not know the answer to our question, he said he would find out and he always did. He took great care of us and did not leave us for long periods of time, even when he has other customers to care for. We did not feel pressured to buy the car, but we felt we had a good relationship with Tyler that made us want to buy from Rivertown. The financial department was harder to work with. The man helping us seemed displeased almost as soon as we began talking to him. That being said, he answered all our questions and waited very patiently while we went over paperwork.

This was a scam. I was told it was only 3.9% APR for a 4-year loan. But scammed into purchasing a "friends and family" 10-year/100000 mile warranty at a price higher than internet-published rates by changing the APR to 2.9%.

Purchased a car from Gerald Jones Subaru 7/31/2026. Did not have any issues on the test drive. Was shown a carfax, service records from the dealership, the whole 9. Car checked out and seemed to be great. Until 8 days later, when the we started having a jerky transmission, stuttering transmission under any kind of acceleration load. Shuttering and jerking from the brakes under any kind of brake load. Whirling, whistling noises coming from under the hood. Cluncking transmission when putting it into reverse. And icing on the cake BAD BAD windshield whippers. Took it in for a service, explained what was happening. Did some research on what the noise were and it was directly linked to a bad transmission. So bad in fact that there was a national recall put out. Unfortunately for me, my car didn't fall under that recall, but we are having those problems. Tried to talk with the GM and explain what was happening and how we would like to move forward. I asked to swap my loan and terms to another vehicle and was immediately met with sarcasm and disrespect. He wanted to hear nothing we had to say and wanted nothing to do with our concerns. He basically at the end of the meeting told us to GET FUKED and STAY FUKED, in the most professional way. Never shook my hand, never thanked me for raising the concerns, never thanked me for my business, nothing. He was extremely cold. When I told him I was going to escalate this further, he laughed and said good luck. They had our car in the shop for over 2 weeks and told me it was fixed. They then tried to charge me for diagnostic, brakes and rotors, and the system update that was placed on the transmission. That turned into a giant argument and I fortunately paid nothing. The car is still not fixed, it had a bandaid put on it. We are still experiencing the jerky transmission and shuttering under any kind of acceleration load. Still have the cluncking in the reverse gear. Still have the whirling, whining noise. Brakes are fixed though.and we got new whippers. Don't bother reaching out to Subaru of America, they are no better than the dealership I have had to deal with. I will NEVER EVER do business with Gerald Jones anything, especially Gerald Jones Subaru. I hope this helps explain how bad that place truly is. Drive hours away if you must to get your Subaru. Save yourself the headache and heartbreak.

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure Package (Stock #NN007505). The vehicle was advertised online at $46,700. However, when I received the buyer’s worksheet, the dealership added a $999 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked if the fee could be removed or included in the advertised price, but the dealership declined. Under guidance from the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, non-government fees such as dealer documentation fees are supposed to be included in the advertised vehicle price. Only government fees (tax, tag, title) should be added separately. Because of this, I filed a complaint with the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I even emailed the sales manager, Gustavo E Belzares, giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue and complete the purchase by removing or adjusting the $999 fee, but I never received a response. I was genuinely ready to buy the truck that same day. Unfortunately, the pricing practice and lack of response prevented the deal from moving forward. I hope the dealership becomes more transparent about their advertised pricing so customers know the true cost before visiting.
