I will never return to this dealership for warranty or any repairs. I dropped my Jeep off on July 23, 2024 and here it is January 7, 2025 and I still do not have my Jeep back. They took my Jeep out to Jackson, but didn't want to take it to Barnesville to "recreate" the issue, which they cleared all the codes for. They finally "recreated the issue when I took time off work to go and ride with the assistant service manager to the exact spot that I said would trigger the issue.
At this point it was November and they ordered the parts (wiring harness, ABS sensor, and instrument cluster). I received a call on January 3, 2025 stating that the wiring harness was installed, but they were not done with the other items, "one of the parts that were ordered was wrong and we had to send it back" was the update I received along with being told that my Jeep was almost completely disassembled (seats removed, dash completely out). They go a month or more between updates, they do not listen to the customer, and the service manager is rude and arrogant. During the purchase of my 3rd vehicle from Cronic, while my Jeep is in their service department, the service manager makes the comment "I hope they can't afford it" as he walks through the sales department and sees me and my husband. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO ANYONE!!
