I will not buy another car from Terry Reid for as long as Austin Nichols, the Finance Manager, works there. I have bought two cars previously but having to deal with the dealership to get my paperwork to file a gap insurance claim has been unbearable. I needed to file a gap insurance claim and I reached out to him and the Office Manager, Andrea Adcock for a copy of my sales contract. I have sent close to 20 emails with maybe 2 unhelpful responses. I had to go down to the dealership after a month of no response only to be given the wrong paperwork. When I reached out for the correct paperwork, I was again ignored for a month. Once again, I received the wrong paperwork when Andrea sent me the incorrect paperwork for a previous car. It has been two months of this complete lack of communication with no resolution in sight. I went down to the dealership again to get the correct paperwork only to be turned away and told it will be emailed to me on Monday. I have no faith that they will get me the paperwork when they say they will. Austin and Andrea have completely dropped the ball when it comes to handling this situation.
