From the time I set the appointment with Robbie to - Louca3

From the time I set the appointment with Robbie to dropping my vehicle off to having the work done was nothing short of professional. I very much like the vehicle report card. It gives a great feeling that my vehicle will travel the next 5000 miles without any problems. From the time I purchased my vehicle know one else has worked on my vehicle but group 1. From start to finish Robbie took care of business. Her has always represented group1 with care and professionalism.

Do not do business with these people. - hdonhill

Do not do business with these people. Clyde is not trustworthy. He had us drive 3 hours one way, so 6 total. We had a deal worked out and when we get there he tries to tell us that the vehicle we were trading in had an upper pan oil leak and it would be $6,000 more on the deal. the truck has never leaked oil and wasn't... then he told us the ford f350 were going to by probably has an oil leak and that's why it was being sold as is, which he never told us before that point, then he said he would be selling the truck we were trading as is because it has an oil leak(which it didn't) so there fore he was not putting the $6k into it. it was just going to be profit for him. We refused the deal and went to a local diesel shop and they inspected and said there was no oil leak present. Avoid them at all cost

Saleswoman Erin Reese was so sweet and helpful to me, she - ccoon0330

Saleswoman Erin Reese was so sweet and helpful to me, she worked to get the best vehicle to meet my needs, AND got the price down to within $45 of what I had requested! Ms. Javita also, was very sweet and kind, and helped me sell my car at maximum value, and kept in amazing communication with me throughout the process! The finance officer; Justin Johnson, was so professionaland kind, and worked to get me the lowest APR I’ve ever had on a vehicle, and an absolutely incredible GAP coverage package for only $30 a month on top of my car payment. Talk about the trouble it’s going to save me, should I need to replace, or fix anything! I’ve been going to this dealership for years, and I will definitely return with this wonderful crew. They were fully transparent, truthful, and so helpful to me. Even the guys who are out and about in the car lot, are just so wonderful. I had an amazing experience, the whole purchase experience only took three hours which is almost unheard of (especially on a Labor day holiday). They make this dealership and give it the Five Star name to be sure. Much Love, Renee Carter

We will be return customers. From start to finish, everyone was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. This was definitely the most hassle-free, expedited purchase at a dealership we've ever made. Our salesman, Jaimeson, was the best and we look forward to working with him again.

I found my Jeep Grand Cherokee on-line and followed up - Stephanie Wagner

I found my Jeep Grand Cherokee on-line and followed up with the dealership. All my questions were answered over the phone and we were approved for the loan prior to our visit. David and I loved the car. We had a few personal circumstances in order to complete the transaction. Barron Bennett, Sales Consultant, and Chris Graver, Finance Manager, went above and beyond to make this happen for us. This was an a great experience and an example of excellent customer service! Highly Recommended. Call Barron at Krause Family Ford, Woodstock, GA.
