Purchased a used car on July 15th from Hodges - a note on - Scbluedog
Purchased a used car on July 15th from Hodges - a note on our sales agreement was that the blind spot monitor was to be replaced at no charge as they had ordered the part in May, but it was on backorder. Called in September to inquire about the part and Dawn advised she knew nothing about it and provided her the VIN#. Have called 6 other times, and noone seemed to know about the missing part. Left 2 messages and never received a return call. Called AGAIN when I spoke with Dawn and mentioned I may need to engage a lawyer, she advised me to call my salesperson Ashley Sheldon. I texted her and explanded the situation. Low and behold they found the part with MY NAME on it and phone number. However, since the dealership has sold, I would now have to pay for the part and the labor to install it even though it was part of our sales agreement and I have been trying for months to get a status on the part. She then says they called and talked to someone who "knew" me. I explained that my number is a cell number and I am the only one who answers it. I have no calls from this dealership on my Verizon bill, and re-iterated that I never received a call from them. I have all of this exchange via text message. Filed a complaint with the BBB and guess what, they didn’t respond to the complaint, therefore you have my review!
