The request to repair a recall was not completed since van was purchased and modified by Winnebago. Therefore, backup camera issues were unable to be addressed by Dodge. Not sure at this time how or if Winnebago will address this problem.

I had ordered a full set of tires 3 days prior to my appointment. I was inflating 3 of my tires daily before leaving the house so this was important and i only get 1 day a week to take care of these issues. On the day, the staff said someone had failed to order my tires and they only had the more expensive brand in stock. Before I could make a decision, the sales staff offered me the much more expensive brand at the original lower quoted price. We are all human, someone made a mistake and the dealership was prepared to do the right thing to keep my custom. This shows a hig level of integrity and the reason why I will keep my patronage with Jimmy Britt.

We had researched a number of vehicles ahead of time on the lot and reached out to look at them. We talked to Corey and, when we got there, two of the ones I had been looking at were sold. There were two that were still on the lot. We drove a Willy's and a Rubicon. We went out the door paying less than the amount advertised (including with taxes, titles, and fees). We are a few weeks in and the vehicle has been satisfactory so far.
