Everyone was very friendly and we were greeted quickly and seated right away and offered beverages. We test drove the vehicle within 10 minutes of speaking with someone. John was very professional, efficient and friendly. He got us exactly what we were looking for and made sure we were happy every step of the way. I have bought many vehicles and this was by far the best car buying experience i have ever had. This dealership and john have earned all my business from here on out. If john was selling time he would be the one to go to, fastest purchase I've ever made!

My sales representative was Damon Fair. He is an amazing guy, very helpful and professional. Was very patient with me and let me go on multiple test drives to pick out the truck that fit my needs the best. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Out of dealing with 10 dealerships, Brendan Bowser was able to get me the best deal that no one can match. This is the second time I’ve purchased a vehicle from him and he is just a wonderful guy, does a great job of explaining all the features in your vehicle, help you get through the finance process without any issues and is definitely the first person that I will look to the next time I’m interested in buying a vehicle. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes after a few conversations on the phone with him making sure I got what I want at the right price and no other dealership in Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina could come within $1500 of their price and unmatched car buying experience. My car has been serviced through them along with my truck. The service department is awful. They could not fix my new car, even after putting it on the computer. They kept it for 2 days, i had to pick it up still with problems. When i asked why they cant fix it, they said " We dont know what is wrong with it", even though you can hear and feel it when you start it up. They have no knowledge to what they are doing when i asked specifics. This is not a place to service your vehicles. I will never go there again, plus they have messed up my truck air. After each oil change, something has gone out on my cars. Both are new cars and should not have these problems. Do not take you vehicle to this place. Never deal with Rincon Chevy again!
