I was interested in the Chevrolet Colorado yet upon my test drive I discovered that I really preferred the full sized truck like I was trading so we went for a test drive with the Z-71 Trail Boss,"Very Nce" and the the number came out So you know the story, I just could not pull the trigger on the cost so I'll wait a while. but I say it again the sales man SAMUEL GLASS, was very professional, and by the way if you want to know anything about the tech on the newer vehicles Go See SAM. and the rest of the sales team were outstanding treated my with dignity and respect If I buy a truck in the future it will be purchased from FIVE STAR CHEVROLET OF WARNER ROBINS

I’ve never had such an amazing experience buying a vehicle. These guys are up front and transparent, no games or surprises basically what you see is what you get. Not only did they give me a very good price on my 2021 Silverado 1500 LT Trail Boss, for a minimal deposit they also held the truck for a month to give my wife and I time to finish closing on our house! They consistently went out of their way throughout the entire process and showed the importance they place on customer service. They even delivered my truck to my house after my wife got called into work the day we were supposed to drive out of town to the dealership! This is a small hometown dealership that honestly cares more about establishing relationships and taking good care of people than they do about profits. I cannot recommend them highly enough - if you live in GA (especially South or middle GA) and are looking for a vehicle, you need to give this small town dealership in Unadilla a call, I promise you will not regret it!

My car has been serviced through them along with my truck. The service department is awful. They could not fix my new car, even after putting it on the computer. They kept it for 2 days, i had to pick it up still with problems. When i asked why they cant fix it, they said " We dont know what is wrong with it", even though you can hear and feel it when you start it up. They have no knowledge to what they are doing when i asked specifics. This is not a place to service your vehicles. I will never go there again, plus they have messed up my truck air. After each oil change, something has gone out on my cars. Both are new cars and should not have these problems. Do not take you vehicle to this place. Never deal with Rincon Chevy again!

Service did not fix the car as needed for electrical problem with the map and entertainment screen. The car was there four business days. Service calls and says it is fixed. I started the car, and the same problem persisted. It shouldn't have been that hard to check it. So, I had to get the car towed to another dealer who can fix it right. Wasted many days on this problem, and now have to start over.
