I’ve never had such an amazing experience buying a vehicle. These guys are up front and transparent, no games or surprises basically what you see is what you get. Not only did they give me a very good price on my 2021 Silverado 1500 LT Trail Boss, for a minimal deposit they also held the truck for a month to give my wife and I time to finish closing on our house! They consistently went out of their way throughout the entire process and showed the importance they place on customer service. They even delivered my truck to my house after my wife got called into work the day we were supposed to drive out of town to the dealership! This is a small hometown dealership that honestly cares more about establishing relationships and taking good care of people than they do about profits. I cannot recommend them highly enough - if you live in GA (especially South or middle GA) and are looking for a vehicle, you need to give this small town dealership in Unadilla a call, I promise you will not regret it!

The first step to BUYING A CAR - is TRUSTING the person who comes to offer you help. Second time I have bought a vehicle from this dealership and would recommend. Also, is the third time I have bought a vehicle with Gary as my sales person and could not recommend him enough. No issues when purchasing and no dealer markups. All the folks there are very personable and are not there to try and pressure you into sale. If considering a Chevy or GMC definitely give Cronic Chevrolet GMC a look.

Service did not fix the car as needed for electrical problem with the map and entertainment screen. The car was there four business days. Service calls and says it is fixed. I started the car, and the same problem persisted. It shouldn't have been that hard to check it. So, I had to get the car towed to another dealer who can fix it right. Wasted many days on this problem, and now have to start over.
