Chris Pugh and Chuck Hayden were a pleasure to work with on our car purchase. Both brought professionalism and expertise to the discussions. Chris and Chuck both took me on test drives and were very helpful in answering my questions and explaining Acura systems.

Beware of this dealership when buying a Certified - sethvaibhav08

Beware of this dealership when buying a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) car or getting your vehicle serviced. Here is my experience: I bought a certified Acura MDX from them. The inspection report stated that the battery had been replaced by the dealership, which gave me peace of mind knowing I was driving with a brand-new battery. However, the battery unexpectedly died, forcing me to call roadside assistance.I initially thought, "That's fine, batteries fail and need to be replaced—no big deal." But when I went to replace the battery myself, I realized that the one installed in the vehicle was not a Genuine Acura battery. This is a clear violation of Acura’s Certified Pre-Owned policy. An even bigger issue was that it wasn’t even an AGM battery, which this vehicle requires to function properly—especially for the auto start/stop system. I felt completely cheated and disgusted seeing that. You simply do not expect this kind of cutting corners from a dealership when paying a premium for a certified vehicle. If you are getting a battery or service from them, double-check their work to ensure they are actually installing the correct parts. If I weren't a DIY person, I would have just taken the car back to them. They likely would have sold me another non-compliant, generic battery while charging me the price of an actual, genuine OEM one.

I purchased an Acura RDX earlier this year from Gary - charlesd

I purchased an Acura RDX earlier this year from Gary Carter at this dealership and the process could not have been better. Gary went to a lot of trouble to ensure I had just the right vehicle and was very pleasant to deal with. Totally different from a couple of other dealerships (non Acura) where I found the staff to be far too aggressive for my liking. I would highly recommend Ed Voyles Acura/Gary Carter.

Great sales team! - bethmahoney

Great sales team! Moses was my salesman and he did a great job! The service department is a huge reason that I have stayed with Acura. They do a great job and are super friendly!

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 - Gabriel Liranzo

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure Package (Stock #NN007505). The vehicle was advertised online at $46,700. However, when I received the buyer’s worksheet, the dealership added a $999 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked if the fee could be removed or included in the advertised price, but the dealership declined. Under guidance from the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, non-government fees such as dealer documentation fees are supposed to be included in the advertised vehicle price. Only government fees (tax, tag, title) should be added separately. Because of this, I filed a complaint with the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I even emailed the sales manager, Gustavo E Belzares, giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue and complete the purchase by removing or adjusting the $999 fee, but I never received a response. I was genuinely ready to buy the truck that same day. Unfortunately, the pricing practice and lack of response prevented the deal from moving forward. I hope the dealership becomes more transparent about their advertised pricing so customers know the true cost before visiting.
