From of our first contact with Orlando Volkswagen North I felt that they would assist us thoroughly and completely through the buying process. Our vehicle was a highly sought after model, and we had sat at many tables at other dealerships only to be disappointed. Orlando VW North delivered. We took possession of our vehicle and couldn’t be happier. One of the best parts about the whole process was the wonderful way that we were treated. We were treated as if we were family and longtime repeat customers. That speaks volume about the level of customer service when as a first time customer, you’re treated the way we were. The first time we visited the dealership we were greeted by an employee who held the door open for us and welcomed us to the dealership. Chris Park, our sales person and Jason Hanin, our finance person made the process very easy. The night we took delivery Chris walked us around the car, discussed specific features and made sure we were comfortable before he let us drive at home. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Volkswagen of New Port Richey in September of 2024. We had multiple issues with the vehicle from day 2. After attempting having it serviced multiple times we reached out to Wesley Copeland, sale manager to see what we could do. Long story short, Wes went above and beyond, reaching out to Volkswagen himself and working with them to help us find a reasonable solution. Today my wife and I left with a brand new 2025 vehicle and I couldn't say enough about how great Mr. Copeland and Volkswagen of New Port Richey are. They absolutely stand behind the products they sell and put the customer first. We were also assisted by Gali Balter who is one of the most product knowledgeable sales persons I have ever dealt with. This is the second VW I have bought. Originally a tiugan, but this time a 2025 Taos, which is great car. The sales guy Anthony miller was great , laid back no pressure and the dealership was friendly. Appreciated the sale. I would go back for another car. The service department is also great which makes you happy. Heather has looked after me over the years. She actually talks rather than treats you like nobody. Keep it up folks. Tim kingaby
