Terrible Experience - John

I was dealing with RIch Carlo he is very unprofessional and was lying to me about a car I was looking at this guy is a liar and treats people very poorly I can't believe this place is still in business he hasn't a clue about treating customers right. This place was the worst experience I ever had and this place should be closed rite away! I'm not sure who owns this place but they should really consider firing this guy and hiring someone with more integrity. I have talked to others that been to this place and had a terrible experience with RIch and would never purchase a corvette from this place. One person said that he tried to trade in his corvette and he offer horrible money for his trade it was a disgrace what he offered him but he sells cars there that are in terrible shape and asks top dollar for them..

So I walked into this dealership not at all expecting the - nikia

So I walked into this dealership not at all expecting the treatment that I got. Will was very professional from the start and even though they are appointment only, he was able to squeeze me in as I was only in town for a short window. Upon arrival and entrance into their showroom I said "I am not in the right tax bracket to be here". Never once did I actually feel like that was the case. The guys that work here are car guys, that was my favorite part about being here. Everyone was so humble and I even had the chance to meet and talk with an owner, he let me know some history about the car I was interested in and about it's former owner. This place doesn't feel like any other dealership I've been to. I found out that the owners are actually real estate agents and this place is their passion project. They are actual car people, not just salesmen. I LOVE the corvette I got from them. I bought it as a gift for myself for my 26th birthday almost 2 weeks ago and they worked with me on the price I was willing to pay for it and went above and beyond to find me the best lender and monthly payment on it. We started the purchase on NYE and the lender closed early and stayed closed until the 3rd, they stayed in contact with me throughout the process and we waited together until I finally got the call with good news. I wont lie, I was intimidated by this dealership before I went in and experienced it for myself. Now, I don't think I'll go anywhere else for my next purchase. *an honest review from someone who never writes reviews* THANKS FALCON! :)

there are dozens of people that were scammed by Marcio Santos, there are pending law suites against him in Florida. M. Santos just took money from clients to get them brand new cars and people never received cars or money back. Positive reviews which are written on this web site are fake, made by M. Santos. This guy has no soul, he lies right into your eyes and takes advantage of fact that police doesn't arrest him, cause they say its civil issue.

Outstanding, professional and courteous service. - dianerug

Outstanding, professional and courteous service. Would highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a Genesis. We had a problem for 2 months with a previous dealership where we bought our car and they didn’t return calls, texts or emails and they could not resolve our issue. One visit to Genesis Central Florida and they solved our issue. The dealership is conveniently located near the turnpike, the ‘waiting room’ is an elegant lounge with snacks, coffee and soft drinks. But most important was their friendliness and great service and they were the only ones who could actually update our maps and get wireless Apple Car Play installed and working. We’ll return here anytime we need service or for a future new Genesis.

Matthew Kepple assisted us in purchasing a new 2026 - nelly.070582

Matthew Kepple assisted us in purchasing a new 2026 Toyota Camry. He made the process quick and painless. My husband was under the weather; Matt went the extra mile by providing him with Vitamin C and electrolytes packets. He also followed up and asked about my husband's well-being. This is our 11th purchase from Duncans/Keys Auto Center. There is no need to go to the mainland for your vehicle. Test it, get your offer from the mainland, and bring it to Keys Auto Center; they will save you the hassle of taking the trip North.

i had bought a 1999 blazer from matera motors for... - truthseeker35

i had bought a 1999 blazer from matera motors for $5000.When the deal was made he had promised to fix a oil leak and replace faulty parts for the deal. When i took the truck home i noticed that the oil leak was still present.I then took the blazer to a certified chevy dealer the mechanic handed me a list of problems that made my heart fall out of my chest. He said that matera had not fixed the problem and the man said the best thing would be to take it back it was a lemon. Not to mention i had a warrinty for the engine which matera refused to honor.I fought tooth and nail for matera to fix the problem he promised, not counting the many others.Eventually through contacting autorities he promised to pay for half of the enginge work with help from local legal authority.Well he then took back his word and decided not to help with any of the problems.I was pressured through going broke tring to fight this crook in court or pay myself.I had to invest another $4000 to have the truck run and still to this day i have contuning problems. This man will stab you in the back I DONT LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!So here is your warning do not buy a car or truck from this man his objective in business is to buy broken cars put a bandaid on it then screw you over so you have to invest thousands into the car.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Great dealership. - nolimitlu

Great dealership. My salesperson Luis helped me find the right car and was so happy to help me. Salesperson actually sat with me and listened to what I wanted instead of just trying to get me in out. Super nice and respectful staff!

Great dealer to do business with. - ex cadillac guy

Great dealer to do business with. Everything they said about car was true. Joel and Morgan very nice not pushy at all. I would say this, you will not regret buying from them. Five star business !! I've told my car guy friends about this place. Can't find what you want, tell them what you're looking for. Let them do the work and find that car or truck for you. I'm a customer of theirs, trust me I'm not easy to please. They hit a homerun when they found my car.

They ripped me off!! BEWARE! FRAUD! - Zagnut7

I bought an expensive car at this place. Later, I discovered that the car had been in a serious accident and I was not told about it even though I had specifically asked them before the purchase.. They ignored me when I contacted them about it, and have refused to do anything about it even though they sold me damaged goods without telling me about it, leaving me with the problem which will always greatly reduce the value of this car. The value of the car I purchased is about 60% of what I paid due to the undisclosed accident damage! I would stay very far away from this place even though it looks like they have great cars there. In reading some other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who has been ripped off by this outfit. BEWARE!

Don't Buy a Car from Prestige in Northport FL - Disgusted Customer

Tried to purchase a vehicle here. These guys are not professional at all. They operate out of a "hole in the wall" warehouse building in Northport FL. Dmitry is only available by phone and no one else can make a deal there with you. I negotiated a price, and Dmitry is not flexible at all by the way, and then when he emails the final numbers, he adds bogus dealer and doc fees totaling almost another $500! Where I come from, you don't agree to a price and THEN add fees later that were never discussed or never part of the deal. I can understand adding tax, registration and title charges, but not the other bogus fees. Then, things were missing (like an extra key, remote for keyless entry and start, etc) and Dmitry refuses to provide them or reduce the price for the missing items. Buy a vehicle anywhere but not from these dishonest people.

Waste of time - AJohnson

Called about a car and the price. I told them I only had so much to work with and the said no problem> I drove 1 1/2 hours. When I got there they said we cant do anything for you> Thanks for wasting my time, gas and money

Thank you off lease only for making my car buying experience a great one! Luis was so professional, prompt, and goal oriented. He had extensive knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in. This has by far been the BEST car buying experience I've had. I was practically in and out in bo time (who wants to spend a day at a car dealership?). I highly recommend off lease only and make sure you ask for Luis (he's the best)! I'm in love with my new Maserati.

Wonderful dealership and people. - darmstrong

I recently bought a 2003 Corvette there with 91k miles on... - A. Superczynski

I recently bought a 2003 Corvette there with 91k miles on it. Before I made a deal with him I made sure to actually have TWO mechanics look it over and knew the repairs I needed to make before I returned. Pat gave me the keys to the vehicle, put a dealer tag on it and told me to take my time with a test drive and to let someone look it over. After inspecting it I found a lot of MINOR things that had to be done and they are as follows; repair passenger side headlight motor, flush antifreeze/coolant and refill, repair passenger side visor clip, repair HUD (heads up display that displays on the windshield), repair tire pressure monitoring system and clear one service code that was the result of a recall that was already completed. There are also a couple of minor cosmetic issues in the interior and with the convertible top. They are 10 years old and it was driven so this is fully expected with a used car. Was I mad? Not in the least. Also, when I negotiated the deal I ended up having Pat promise to repair the headlight motor and he stood by his word and did so. Two of the other repairs I have already completed myself and it cost me a total of $0 in parts. Also a third will cost $0 but it will take me all day for the repair and I haven't had time to do it yet. The coolant flush and refill cost me $13 I think for the 50/50 Dextron coolant. The few things that are left to do will be relatively inexpensive and do not hinder the safety of the vehicle. I know full well when buying a used vehicle, there was a reason the previous owner got rid of it. This one runs beautifully which is shocking considering most Corvette owners drive the car how it was designed to be driven (hard). I waited for almost a month before posting this review to make sure nothing drastic happened. I've been driving it daily and will continue to do so I'm sure.

Bought a new, to us, Camaro 2SS from Alex yesterday. - HEvans

Bought a new, to us, Camaro 2SS from Alex yesterday. From the moment I called to inquire on the vehicle, until we walked out the door with the keys, the transaction was seamless and quick! The car was EXACTLY how they described it, the pricing was EXACTLY what they promised. The people at AutoBasics are super friendly, easy to work with and best of all - they do not play the typical car dealer games! Absolutely recommend purchasing a vehicle from AutiBasics!!!
