This place is the worst place to ever buy a car. They have done so much damage to their customers, they have moved right down the street @ 744 N Andrews Ave Ft. Lauderdale Fl 33304. They also changed their name to Neighborhood Auto. They are not even registered. I looked up the new location and it belongs to "Repossession Unlimited". I purchased a vehicle from them in 2009 and paid it off in the beginning of 2010. After dealing with a repo, them disappearing, and making payments by mail.I finally paid them off. Now Zeev Lelinger the owner, claims I owe him more money. I've fought long and hard to pay this car off and Now he refuses to give me my title. They are so unprofessional, they have no customer service skills. Can't understand why this business is still running.

I needed a vehicle, I was looking specifically for a mini cooper coupe, I found one listed on autotrader by Prado auto sales.I requested info about the vehicle by email and received a call back response within a few minutes from Elsie who was very friendly and upbeat. I met with Carlos the sales rep and we test drove the vehicle. I loved it, it was priced below market value and was in mint condition.I wasn't sure that I would get financing but Carlos and the manager Jorge assured me that they would do their best to help me to acquire the vehicle , and they did.My down payment and monthly payments met my expectations. I was very pleased. Carlos went above and beyond in helping me to get my car inspected at my request by my mechanic, and he also picked me up and drove me to the car dealership after I'd dropped off my rent a car. I have never experienced such friendly, professional or courteous service from any car dealership before,Carlos and George were amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I needed a new car for my girlfriend so I started browsing on True Car, CarMax and Auto Trader. After a few weeks I narrowed down two Corollas that I was interested in. Richard's Car Co was the first area I visited for a 2015 Corolla L at 30800 miles at 11477$ (extraordinary deal). Richard was extremely professional and very genuine at the same time. I was immediately impressed by how maintained he keeps his cars. I test drove the Corolla L and it was very nice. Very clean, no accidents, regularly serviced, just an all around beautiful car. My girlfriend really liked how the car test drove and really trusted Richard to sell us the car. At the end I told Richard I wanted to look at one more car before I make my decision and he totally understood. Before I left I thought I would ask what other Corollas he had. He offered me a Corolla LE Plus at 5400 miles at $13997! I was like "I WANT THAT ONE". I told Richard I would reach out to him that night with my final decision (I wanted to inquiry about a Corolla in El Cajon through Japanese Auto Sales with about 5,000 miles at $12000 even). I spoke with a man over phone named AJ Ahmadi who worked for Japanese Auto Sales in El Cajon. I could not pull up the carfax on his ad found on True Car (some dealers post them and some do not) so I got a little suspicious. I spoke with AJ, who assured me that the only damage on the vehicle was a "right fender. And it had got replaced with a brand new one". I asked for the car fax and he said "come down here and Ill show you it the cars in good condition. I want to show you everything in person". I contacted Richard and told him I may drive 30 mins down south to El Cajon to check out this Corolla, but I was skeptical about it. Richard immediately car faxed me the history and it was a salvaged title! I was so MAD at AJ and told him so through email. He responded by saying "I told it was salvaged from the beginning and it was not a total loss". So mad. I put $1000 down on the Corolla Richard offered me and picked it up a few days later. He allowed me to finance through my employer and made the experience fast and easy. HIGHLY RECOMMED VISTING RICHARDS CAR CO FOR YOUR CAR BUYING NEEDS. Richard is more than fair and is very trusting. My girlfriend Hanna as well as her sister (her sister came with us car shopping) had their minds made up 10 minutes after meeting Richard and his beautiful cars. Thanks Richard for the great deal, the great service and for being so trustworthy.

We just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Fred and his staff. The people there are "very friendly" and make you feel "right at home" when you go there. We have never experienced any pressure either which is great !! The vehicles we have purchased over the past year (2 Dodge Dakotas) were priced very reasonably and Fred took care of a couple items I asked him to at no charge as well. I would "highly recommend" you stop by there if you are looking for a good used vehicle. Dont Spend Your Money Here! Cars aren't Inspected just Rigged Up. I bought a used car here and after 1 week the check engine light came on. Car hasn't had a turn up in years spark plugs were fried. Rotors were ate up in the inside which ate up my brakes. Tire rod needs to be replaced. Struts went out. Leaking oil and transmission fluid. The list goes on. Even electrical problems. Just dont makr the mistakes i made. The dont have any customer service.

In my 43 years of buying and selling cars personally, 94 of them to be exact, (and managing a used car business for 6 years) I have come across many dishonest salesman and can say that in general most will tell you and promise you ANYTHING to get you to buy a car. Once they have your money, you are on your own. AS IS and BUYER BEWARE!!! Today I am writing about the opposite experience, the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have ever had! This is the first time EVER that a car I purchased long distance and had shipped exceeded my expectations. The dealership is Autos of Palm Beach and the salesman is Daniel. He was professional, responsive and honest. He was clearly busy while working through our transaction but always followed up and followed through. He got the car shipped to me in Virginia overnight, one day ahead of schedule. He underestimated the shipping cost and absorbed the difference instead of passing it on to me. The car was in better shape than he described (digital pictures hide flaws) and came with all the accessories promised (mats, keys, manuals). The one concern I had about the hybrid battery during the sale,he researched and contacted me with a SOLUTION after I received the car even though he provided the answer during the the sales process. He emailed me necessary paper work within minutes of asking in addition to express mailing it so my wife could drive her birthday gift ASAP. He will be my first choice in long distance purchases and he should be yours!
