I don’t know where to begin, but it begins with the buying process of my Jaguar. I purchased it in November 2022 I paid 25k for it. Tried trading it in 6 months after purchasing the vehicle to you guys just to see the value turns out you guys were only wanting to buy it for $14,000. Which makes me really mad to think about like how much I was ripped off. That is significantly less than what I paid for the same condition it was sold to me. My salesman Willi wasn’t the most knowledgeable about the car. He could’ve done me a favor and give me a heads up. It was just listed and the price was gonna go down a month or two once you guys are unable to sell it because these cars don’t sell very well they don’t have a high demand. This is the second time this dealership has sold my car, this exact car with this Vin number so you guys have made a quite a bit of profit off this car. The service department also did me a disservice by lying and telling me I had a leak in my antifreeze or coolant and saying that it would cost $2000 to fix it and there’s no leak. They screwed me big time gave me one key to the vehicle, had a few paint imperfections, the interior roof was stained and the buttons on the a/c console were scratched off the black paint. If I didn’t have a need for a car with starting a new job and my father suffering a stroke 1 week prior to purchasing a car, I don’t think there would be no way in xxxx I would’ve fallen for this and look like a fool.

I am extremely satisfied with the ease of buying a Range Rover. Our sales assisstant Jordan Crespo was magnificent! My husband and I test drove two models and right away were offered a great price for the model I liked and were able to finalize the buy in less than 2 hours. I have been to many car dealers in my life; from BMW's to Mercedes and VW but I had never had such a positive, fast and pleasant experience as this one. I was even able to turn in my previous lease at this dealership even though it is from another make. Jordan also was very diligent getting my Range Rover before it was scheduled for delivery. I ordered a Range Rover sport. After waiting three months the car finally arrived. Although I was being charge for the option of a panoramic roof, the car arrived with a fixed roof. Initially the dealership blamed me. They checked her records and realized I was right. I was able to my deposit back but that was all. Andy Wise the manager did not even have the courtesy to talk to me. Totally unprofessional deceitful and lying. Avoid this dealership like the plague

DO NOT BUY A SERVICE CONTRACT. They will screw you on this. I bought a plan for $3500. We lost or Land Rover in the hurricane. I was told that they use a 3 rd party for this plan. The car was serviced 4 times ( once a year) . It woks out to $850. for the oil change per year. I was blow off by the G M Tom Haberman and his staff. Don’t waste your money. They take advantage of people’s loss in a catastrophic situation. I was told by the dealer that I was penalized for termination of the contract. I LOAT THE CAR.
