Vehicle recall notice - Service Appointment I recently brought my vehicle in for service to address a recent recall notice. The required work was a little more involved than normal and took an extra day t brought my vehicle in for service to address a recent recall notice. The required work was a little more involved than normal and took an extra day to complete. Fran Viehman in the service department assisted me, explained the required work, and reviewed the schedule. I also asked him to check some other aspects of the vehicle's operation while it was there. Fran arranged for Uber to pick me up since the vehicle needed to be held overnight. The work was completed on time, and all of the additional inspections I asked for were done, along with supporting details on the status of each that were provided when I picked the vehicle up. Overall, excellent attention to detail and schedule. Fran, in particular, addressed each of my requests and communicated clearly, which I appreciate. Thank you! More
