I have been going to Napleton's (2301 Okeechobee) for the past four years. I plan to continue to do so in the future! I must say that I have always had a good experience; the customer service is excellent and they follow the golden rule. Although this last time (10/2/2024) I took my car in just for routine maintenance and here it was again: Roman Andreiw took care of it in record time, but that's not all. This time the experience was even better: Richard offered me a delicious cup of coffee and explained how and when the general service on my 2024 Kona should be done. He always makes sure to give you a warm hello and goodbye. I've said it before and I stand by it: I can't recommend them enough! Don't forget to ask for Roman Andreiw! (Not for the delicious cup of coffee, but for his willingness to do things the right way and with the customer in mind). Also, this time I went to see the Director of Service, Rudy Rodriguez, to thank him for keeping such a nice and knowledgeable team at this dealership, especially ROMAN ANDREIW. Highly recommended! Five star review ALL the way! I’ll start by letting everyone know that I am NOT the easiest consumer to deal with, especially in the car buying industry. I purchased TWO vehicles from Daytona Hyundai in the past 10 years, the last one just weeks ago, and this sale by far was the most customer service oriented and detailed I’ve ever encountered in my 10 new cars buying history! xxxxxxto Dani on her diligence on follow up, sincerely listening to my wants and needs, and to ALL of Daytona Hyundai for their efforts. I purchased a car that none of us were aware had a bit of body damage (as it was in detail throughout the sale), guess who had all body work completed, to near perfection, to satisfy their customer?!? I took my car in for body repairs, as was suggested by - mswafford

I took my car in for body repairs, as was suggested by the Toyota dealership. The original estimate was for less than $5000. Then it went up to $14,000 and ended up to be almost $20,000. I hit a pole in a parking lot, never even broke the headlight and the air bags did not go off, I was going about 10 mph. They sent it to a different mechanic who removed the engine so Bay could “fix the frame” and then the mechanic couldn’t figure out how to correctly reinstall it back. It sat in the parking lot for 3 months with the hood off where more damage to the engine was done. Bay argued with the mechanic about who was going to fix what and who was going to pay, and no work was done for months while the car sat there. They continued to lie to me about what was happening as to the repairs every week I called. The car took 6 months for the repair that was originally estimated to take 14 days. My insurance company finally sent someone to the shop to find out what was going on and discovered what was happening. Bay then had to send the car to the Toyota dealership to have the eigine fixed from all the damage done. It cost an extra $5000 which they passed along to the insurance company. The insurance company (AIG) say they’ve never had this happen where a company doesn’t get pre approval and just sends a bill for $5000. Bay refused to release the car until the insurance company paid in full. It sat there for a week while they came to a conclusion. Then Bay Body decided to take the car for a test drive the day we were headed there to pick it up and they found another problem. Fortunately they got it fixed, after I threw a fit. 6 months and $20,000 later we got the car back. My insurance company say if they’d known the final cost they would have totaled the car. They were horrible, they lied every time we called and ripped us off for thousands of dollars. They contracted a terrible mechanic and then didn’t want to stand by their decision. I recommend you don’t take you car there for anything!

My wife and I called on a Aunday when many other dealers were closed, spoke to Andrew Chisholm, told him what we wanted, he tracked down the exact trim package and color we set up and appointment came and and drove away with the New Pallisade with in 1.5hrs including detail, finance ect. I want to say that I brought my 2018 Hyundai Sonata SEL in 2021. My only complaint is that I never received my replacement key fob because the second key was broken. Every time I asked about nobody had an answer so I gave up even though I still want my key fob. Other than that I want express my gratitude for your employee in the service department by the name of Gary Derosier. He has been servicing my car since I first brought it in for its first service. He is knowledgeable, kind, and goes above and beyond. When my vehicle gets dropped off I know it’s in great hands and he will make sure it’s done correctly and on time. Thank you Gary!!! Can someone help me get my key replacement that I was promised!!!!

One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a new car. They were fast, efficient and I loved the first car I drove and looked at. Everything was done in just 2 hours. Drove off the lot happy. They also scheduled a window tint install because it was part of the package and had not been done yet. The car arrived the same morning. Victory Landry was awesome! She told me about all the features, and some more I didn’t know about until we were test driving the car. I was impressed by her professionalism and desire to get me what I wanted. I was also able to speak with the owner and he was very understanding about a very small issue with the plastic on the edge of the trunk lid. and the overall cleanliness (Lack of) upon receiving the car. It will all be corrected at the same time the tint is installed. I will continue to buy from them in the future.

Consistently you can see in the reviews to stay away from Kareem the Service Rep. This guy is a bag of rocks. I brought my car in showed him underneath where the service guy didn't put the push pins in my underlayment during last oil change and it was hanging down. He assured me he would take care of it. I had a scheduled appt and thought I could wait, no after an hour waiting I chose their Rideshare program to my home. It still took all day for the car to be completed. He then calls me and wants to charge $700 for small rips in the tire wells carpet covers (or whatever material that is. WTBlazing! No! Picked my car up and since it was running took his word for it, got home looked under car, underlayment still hanging down. He charged me for the $120 Synthetic Oil change when in the records I usually only get the standard oil change. Lost confidence in this dealership. Then manager sends me a review to submit and offers to buy my car, I stated what happened and I never heard from them again. Good riddance.
