Puedes ver en mi evaluación del concesionario que hay contentamiento con el vendedor y con Guillermo Vildosola; quien fue la persona que me informó sobre este asunto y me corroboró que Hyundai accionaría para esa diferencia. Buenas tardes Sr. Joseph... La verdad no entiendo el funcionamiento del Customer Service del Dealer, porque sigue pasando el tiempo desde el 23 de marzo pasado que usted amablemente respondió a mi queja diciendo que se pondría en contacto conmigo para darme una respuesta ... Y no es desde el 23 de marzo pasado, es desde comienzos de año que aun nadie dentro del Dealer me ofrece gentilmente una respuesta a mi solicitud... es verdaderamente insólita esta situación... ¿A quién más puedo escalar?
