Tire problem. Fixed - excellent service. However, In Feb I came in with a broken passenger-side windshield wiper. It was temporarily fixed & a part ordered fo Fixed - excellent service. However, In Feb I came in with a broken passenger-side windshield wiper. It was temporarily fixed & a part ordered for permanent repair. I was told I would be called when part arrived. NEVER CALLED. Last week I checked with Chandler Nelsen of your Parts Dept. He indicated that the part had come in and then sent back. He said he'd have to do further research and would call me with results. NEVER CALLED. So, I have a temporary fix and don't know what's going on. Can you help? More

Este review no tiene que ver con el vendedor Guillermo Marquez quien fue excelente... Ni con el vehículo Ioniq 5 2025 del cual estamos muy contentos... Tiene que ver con una promesa de que Hyundai iba a c Marquez quien fue excelente... Ni con el vehículo Ioniq 5 2025 del cual estamos muy contentos... Tiene que ver con una promesa de que Hyundai iba a cubrir la diferencia con el trade hecho a traves de CARMAX... Esa diferencia fue de $420 perjudicándome. Y desde el mes de diciembre hasta hoy día no ha habido forma de que cumplan su promesa. Que me respondan por la diferencia. Hasta el Manager de la tienda me ha llamado para entender la situación y tampoco me ha dado respuesta. Mucho silencio, llamadas no atendidas, mensajes no respondidos, silencio. Ya no se a quien acudir para que cumplan su promesa... No es mi deseo perjudicar a nadie, pero si que cumplan con su palabra. More
