Let me start by saying like many others I HATE car shopping. It is always such a stressful experience where I feel overwhelming and pressured in many cases. My experience with Gary Yeomans Honda was nothing like what I was used to. I went with my daughters and one of them got a car on day one. We worked with Eric (Sales), Roy (Sales Manager), and Britney (Finance). They are all AMAZING! There was no pressure and they were very open and honest and really worked with us. Two days later I went back with my daughters and the other one got a car and I got a car. Both us of us were in very bad upside down situations and they were able to help us. My daughter worked with Eric (Sales), Roy (Sales Manager) and Britney (Finance) again and I worked with Cierra (Sales), Dan (Sales Manager) and Britney (Finance). When she went to pick up her car, the dealership tried to charge her for the labor to install the part (but was willing to give her a discount on the part). They agreed to do the repair and not charge her for the part if she left a great review. I’m speechless.
