They listened to my concerns with patience, addressed the problem promptly, and made sure it was resolved to my full satisfaction. Their support turned a negative experience into a positive one. Jamayl O'Reilly was one of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with. My 2019 Honda HRV was totaled on 95S near Savannah, Ga driving from PA to FL for the winter. Needless to say it was a very horrible experience. My husband and I needed a vehicle, Jamayl was wonderful. He had so much patience, was kind and understanding of what we were experiencing. Did not know what to do but he helped me figure it out. I was going to purchase but decided to lease. George the financial person was also great in helping me since I was out of state. This dealership operates with extremely poor transparency and questionable business practices. I called ahead to confirm a vehicle was available, was told it was on-site, and was encouraged to come in. When I arrived, I was informed the car was not even there because a manager had taken it home. That’s unacceptable and a complete waste of a customer’s time. The pricing was even worse. A vehicle listed at $35,790 somehow turned into a $44,000+ out-the-door quote. That $9,000 jump came from inflated fees and unwanted add-ons like LoJack, paint protection, and other charges that were never requested. Even the tax figures didn’t align with the advertised price. This is a classic bait-and-switch operation—low advertised prices used to lure customers in, followed by heavily padded final numbers. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership.

The reason for my recent visit was to have work re-done on my car. Previous trip involved an oil change per A17 maintenance code. Not all work was done that was required by A17 code because of conflict with service writer. Over the weekend, my car started leaking oil onto my garage floor. I spoke with the service General Manager who ensured that the work be done properly. Supervisors in the service department were very professional and work was done quickly. They even did the work items that were not done at previous appointment. I appreciated the meaningful gesture provided by the Service General Manager and Service Supervisors.

I lease a 2024 Alfa Romeo stelvio and did a oil change at a location other than the dealership. Maintenance on the vehicle is not required to be done at an Alfa Romeo dealership under the terms of the lease agreement. I do usually get my more intensive service work done at the dealership but for just doing an oil change , the dealership typically charges around $300 more than what you pay at an oil change location like Jiffy Lube or similar. After getting the oil change done buy a non dealership oil change place, we were able to figure out how to reset the oil light, but now there is a scheduled maintenance expired message that comes on the screen when I start the engine. After Googling for a while, I found that on newer Alfa Romeo models , this can only be reset with the diagnostic equipment at a dealership . Something that I did not know before because previous stelvio models were able to reset these warning indicators with a combination of foot pedal pushes with the ignition. I went to Rick Case Honda service department (the dealership I got the vehicle from) to get them to reset this indicator (which is a simple process for them), and they refused to do it without my paying for another oil change even though I just got it done days before. I am so disappointed with them because this is not a requirement for this vehicle in the manual or in the lease agreement. VERY DISSATISFIED WITH RICK CASE SERVISE DEPARTMENT.

Terrible service department. Had Ridgeline seat/tailgate harness recall performed there. The vehicle work never started until 5 hours after my appointment. Then in a haste to get the vehicle done before the end of the day the technician left the interior of the vehicle looking like a tornado touched down. When I tried to address it with the service manager he just ignored me. Then the tailgate lock started sounding strange, when I called the service department to ask them about the recall I got the answering machine and they never responded. When I decided to check it out myself I discovered that the highly trained Honda technician that completed the recall stripped out the heads of the tailgate cover bolts. I would beware of this service department.

I stopped into Vatland Honda on my way home from work to look at a certified 2025 CRV Sport L Hybrid. I was welcomed by Chrem. From the moment she introduced herself, I knew I was in good hands. Chrem showed me the vehicles I was in the market for and was straight forward, honest and very professional the whole step of the way. Within 2 hours, I had my current vehicle appraised and picked out my new one, completed paperwork and was out the door. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and professional. The one thing that impressed me about Chrem is not only all the awards she has received at the dealership but her longevity of being with Vatland Honda since January 2019. I have purchased many cars in the past and have found that salespeople sell me a car and are no longer with the dealership by the time I needed my first scheduled service. I am so glad I stopped at Vatland and met Chrem. A+. Thank you, Jay

We purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander Platinum on 7/26. Joe, our salesman was great. I would give 5 stars if this was based solely on our interactions with him. The driver seat ventilation was not working on the day we test-drove the car, a fact to which our salesman agreed and attested to. We received, in writing, an assurance from Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda that the seat would be repaired as a condition of the purchase and that if it could not be repaired, they would "unwind the sale." Again, this was provided by Dylan Dillard. We dropped the car off at Subaru of Gainesville, part of the same auto group (Lithia) and closer to our home, on 7/29. After initially determining that the seat was working correctly, we went to pick up the car on 8/1 and found that it was in fact not working and their master mechanic agreed and said they would take care of it. The following Monday, 8/4, Subaru of Gainesville sent both myself and Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda a repair estimate for approval. Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda refused to respond to this estimate, and would not return my calls, or the calls of anyone in the service department at Subaru of Gainesville. I was ultimately forced to text my salesman to get any response. Finally, on 8/11 my salesman notified me that the GSM at Duval Honda (whose name I do not know), Dylan Dillard's boss, was forced to step in and provide the approval that Dylan Dillard initially agreed to when we purchased the vehicle back on 7/26. The fact that Dylan Dillard of Duval Honda provides such incredibly poor customer service after the sale is the reason I provided this one-star review. I have rarely ever been so disrespected in what should be a professional relationship. We have, frankly, regretted the purchase and would return the vehicle if we could.
