As a woman buying a new car on my own, I was nervous about going into the dealership. I said a prayer to ask for a kind, sensitive person to work with. As I exited my dad's old car, a young man came out and greeted me and I knew that he was just the guy to work with. He immediately put me at ease, and along with his general manager helped me get the car that I wanted, in the color that I wanted. I wanted to make sure it was the car that I wanted because I had hoped this would be the last car I would buy. Chris was so patient, kind and informative, and his manager was also there to help if I had any questions. It has a wonderful experience, and I love my new green car. I would definitely recommend Central Hyundai. I felt blessed to work with Chris Shore, he was so easy to work with and treated me with kindness and respect. The dealership was very clean and inviting and the employees were all kind and friendly.

I always get my services done here for my 2016 Mazda 6 Grand Touring. Ben the service advisor is my go to. He is amazing and a rare gem. He’s understanding/communicative/and above all he is knowledgeable and stays updated on previous maintenance done on my car. The technician that sent me a video suggested a service that will not be needed for a few thousand miles and Ben advised the technician on my behalf that this service is not needed. Amazing service as always and the car continues to dominate my friends’ cars in mpg and it’s 8 years old!!! Thank you Mazda of Milford team.

Go see Anthony Russo at Kia of Old Saybrook – he’s a terrific car professional who really knows his vehicles. He went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the car and his service. I wanted a Kia Sportage XS Prestige because I was looking for a high-tech car, and I found just the perfect sales person in Anthony. He knew everything about the car, was able to give me some great hacks on how to do things even more easily. Zero pressure. 100% knowledge and enthusiasm. This entire dealership is great… Jason another sales rep was super helpful, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jordan, the business manager stays on top of things and makes you feel right at home. Noah the first rep I encountered was knowledgeable and helpful. Josh in the finance office was a true professional as well! A lot of car dealerships claim that they are different… This one truly is - and you get that feeling as soon as you walk in the door. They are extremely welcoming, competitive with price, a huge selection in stock and a wonderful service department - they serviced another vehicle that leased before this one. It’s a family business and it feels like your family when you’re there – even the folks who aren’t related to the owners have that same great pride of ownership in there dealings with you.
