Taylor was great. My issue is with my truck poorly made. Water pump exploded, replaced, engine warped, replaced, transmission failed, replaced, injector failed, at 100,000 miles, replaced, and it continues with the Carlie converter failed replaced. What kind of truck does Chevy make nowadays. My last one had none of these issues at 400,000 miles. Tell the CEO’s they owe me lots of downtime reimbursement, absolutely ridiculous! The thing is, some of the mechanics know these are issues! What? Distal a brain surgeon. Just really disappointed!

I have owned 18 BMWs in the last 40 years, ranging in types and new vs used. Driving BMWs is always a pleasure; owning them has its positives and negatives as any BMW person knows. My all around experience with Stevens Creek has been quite positive. The majority of the people with whom I interact have been working there for a fairly long time, both in service and in sales. Whenever I have any kind of an issue with a car, they take care of me. This is huge and it is why I remain their customer.
