I submitted an internet inquiry about a CPO 2023 Porsche Cayenne Coupe Turbo and Kris Assad responded almost immediately. He called to learn more about what I was looking for, asked thoughtful questions, and was professional and genuinely friendly throughout. I had a detailed list of specific options I needed confirmed and Kris checked every single one, coming back with accurate and honest answers with no overselling, no guessing. The car was beautifully optioned, including a Head-Up Display which was high on our wish list. Ultimately we found a 2022 Cayenne Coupe Turbo here in Denver that had just been traded in with lower miles, 4 new tires, new rear brakes, and no shipping cost tipped the scale, even though the Woodland Hills car had the HUD advantage. Kris handled the news graciously and professionally. Had we not found something locally, we would absolutely have purchased from Kris without hesitation. His honesty, responsiveness and genuine care for finding the right car for us rather than just closing a sale made a lasting impression. If you're looking for someone who represents both his customers and his dealership with integrity, ask for Kris.

I recently experienced some electrical issue with my plug in hybrid Cayenne and I was able to get my car in end of day. Danielle met me there with a contagious smile and had my Cayenne taken immediately into service. She even secured me a loaner was so I wouldn't have any issues getting to work that night. She understood my night shift schedule at the hospital and accommodated me with stellar professionalism. I had the problem fixed, work done right and I left with a smile.

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

A month later I got a text from Anthony regarding another used 911 which they just acquired. I was shock he actually remembered what I was looking for in terms of options. He set me up on an excellent test drive route but unfortunately we weren't quite able to close on the price.
