Porsche South Bay

I purchased a Porsche Macan T from South Bay Porsche in February and traded in my previous vehicle as part of the transaction. What should have been an exciting experience has turned into an ongoing nightm February and traded in my previous vehicle as part of the transaction. What should have been an exciting experience has turned into an ongoing nightmare. South Bay Porsche failed to properly handle the paperwork and reporting related to my trade-in vehicle. Since the sale, someone has apparently been driving the vehicle I no longer own and has accumulated numerous traffic and parking violations. As a result, I have received notices and was even subpoenaed to appear in court regarding a warrant connected to a vehicle that South Bay Porsche purchased from me months ago. No customer should have to deal with the stress, time, and legal complications caused by a dealership's administrative negligence. Beyond the paperwork issues, the sales experience itself was also disappointing. The transaction felt rushed from start to finish. After purchasing my Macan T, I received little to no guidance on the vehicle's many features, technology, and settings. There was no meaningful delivery experience, walkthrough, training session, or follow-up appointment offered to help me learn how to use the vehicle I had just purchased. For a luxury brand like Porsche, I expected a high level of professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. Instead, I was left dealing with serious DMV and legal issues related to my trade-in while receiving minimal support regarding my new vehicle. I cannot recommend South Bay Porsche based on my experience. The lack of follow-through, poor customer service, and failure to properly process a traded-in vehicle have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. More

Today, I spoke to Mike who claims to be the Manager of the Dealership. This individual was very rude, disrespectful and hung up the phone on me. I’m a customer who purchased an 80K Porsche 911 from that D the Dealership. This individual was very rude, disrespectful and hung up the phone on me. I’m a customer who purchased an 80K Porsche 911 from that Dealership. I was charged fees and paid the taxes upfront as they required me in order for them to register the vehicle. After having my car close to a month it’s sitting in my garage because of their incompetence to provide green light titles with the proper documents for them to process my paperwork.
