We were thoroughly satisfied with our interactions with Austin Grant-Davis, salesman, and his manager, "James." Over the course of two days, we test drove several Minis, new and used, and settled on a 2021 Mini Clubman, "John Cooper Works" (JCW), Iconic package. The car is loaded! The mileage, about 7,600, made the car "like new" but provided a five figure discount from a brand new version.

The electronics on this beauty -- albeit two years old -- were awe inspiring. Sync your phone and control it from the car's LCD panel -- touch panel or voice control.
It will take weeks to read all about the car's 21st Century features, and I'm sure we'll never learn everything there is to know. (The car will parallel park itself -- Austin showed us how.)
Austin, 30 years old later this month, was superbly knowledgeable about the ins and outs about the various cars we looked at: Mini-S, Mini-S Convertible JCW, Mina 1 to 6, and the Clubman.
We chose the Clubman because it is speedy, throaty, and "sticky." They liken driving a Mini to driving a go-cart. Quick, nimble, fun!
Buying a car is a necessarily stressful -- and adversarial situation. The salesman wants to make a sale at the highest price; the buyer wants the lowest price possible.
We found Austin to be a no-pressure salesman, very amenable to our myriad questions; and James was an effective closer: Honest, direct, and willing to make a deal.
We even tricked out the Clubman with some racing stripes, a "Black Jack" sun roof decal and mirror covers. James threw in all these add ons and still gave us a nice price.

I brought my Clubman S, 2011 oil change. Service advisor was helpful and checked in with me while I waited to get my oil changed. I ended up purchasing the 3-year oil deal, this cost is $225.

Be carful, Rocky Chow seems like a great and amazing sales person while you buy, but if you have an issue after you leave, forget about it. Won’t answer your calls, the manager won’t call you. They leave you high and dry once they have completed the transaction. Should have read reviews before I went there.
Purchased my wife a used mini cooler S with only 11,500miles!!! on it in mid December, my wife works from home, basically gets coffee and drops the kids off in the car within a mile of our home. Not even 2 months later, the brake service light is on. They sold me a car that needs brakes not even 500 miles later. I’ve had cars that I’ve driven 50k miles and didn’t need brakes.
They will just ignore you, it was a poor and dishonest thing to do when selling a car. Very shady dealership once you read all the reviews.
Update. As you can see below, the “owner” commented with a phone number to resolve the problem. It was the number to the dealership and I called and once again. They never called me back. They are just trying to show face and do nothing about it.
after contacting them and waiting 2 weeks for a response to post and now almost a month later I hear from them.
They would like to offer me a oil change for a 500 brake job that should have been done. I was told that it was right at safely limits. So instead of replacing the brakes because they were at limits, have the brand new customer of the car pay 500 for a brake job at mini. Shows you what kind of dealership they are. Roll the dice if you must with them.

It is the BEST service center we have ever been in our lives!!! In terms of staff knowledge and courteousness-topnotch. Will and Jeff went above and beyond to help us with our Mini Cooper brake pads. to make things more impressive, they CLEANED the car after the service. They notified us on time and did the best they could to help us with our concerns. If only Mini has a SUV, I would give up my Ford Explorer ST so I could avoid dealing with other service centers.

I had been looking at multiple dealer inventories online and speaking with different salespeople but Neil is by far the most personable, prompt and efficient. He was the absolute best through every step of the way. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a smooth honest experience. People don't tend to realize this, but typically whoever sold you the car will be your go to through-out your lease as maintenance , loaners etc come up. He is the guy you want! Trust me

My new-to-me certified pre-owned MINI just arrived--shipped to Seattle from San Fran--and when I opened the door to take it for a spin I was overwhelmed by the smell of wet dog. Shame on me for not getting a third-party inspection when buying a car out of state, but I never imagined a MINI dealer would sell a car that literally stunk. It also has a noticeable sticky substance on in the back seat. I contacted them to see if they would help me with it and was told I had to pay to have the car detailed.

I've had my 2018 Mini Cooper less then a year. I've had to have it towed 4 times do to the car shutting down. And this last time it cost me close to $1000. I worry when I drive it if I will make it to where I am going. Never in all my years of driving preowned cars have I had a car with so many issues as I have with this car I less then a year of owning it. I am very unhappy with this entire purchase. My DREAM CAR turned into a NIGHTMARE!!

I moved to Irvine several years ago. I can not thank enough for all the service Aldo and Irvine Mini Service Team provided for me and my wife. They are courteous and freindly. They communicate promptly and accurately. They always promise out and deliver early. Sometimes repair and maintenance can be pricy with Mini, but they always made up with extra service and companion.
I am definitely buying my next Mini or BMW from these guys.
