Went to purchase a used car and my service manager Tom U. referred me to Dino K. He listened to our asks and met them 1000%. Dino is very personable, genuine, straight shooter, has great integrity, no pressure approach and just an incredible all around neat person! (Thank you Tom). He met all our checkmarks and then some. Jeff in finance is very knowledgeable and great to talk to. This is our 4 honda and looking for another one in about 6 months. My husband and I recently leased a Honda Prologue from Honda of Superstition Springs in Mesa Arizona. We were intrigued with this vehicle. It sits high enough to drive off a curb and clear it without scraping the bottom. It has 21” tires and rims for a smoother and comfortable ride. It has very nice rims and the interior of this vehicle is the best Honda has ever offered. They apparently partnered up with GMC and it offers a very comfortable interior and knob controls to easily adjust the radio volume and AC climate controls. This vehicle has a large display cluster as well has a large and very intuitive navigation system. The response is as quick as an iPhone. This vehicle auto detects the outside climate and adjusts the interior climate accordingly to accommodate your comfort without touching any apps or buttons. Love this feature. It’s all electric and is very sleek. Now a word on this dealership. It’s one of their top selling dealers and they have stability and very competitive. Our salesperson name is Keith Thompson he was so low key and down to earth, we did not feel pressured at all. He is very knowledgeable and he restored our faith in this dealership. We highly recommend him for your next Honda needs or desires. In addition we also give high regards to our sales manager Jonah Maloney. He is energetic and fun to be around. He is very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. Both of these gentlemen made our experience enjoyable and stress free. Thanks to you both, you are great assets to the Honda of Superstition Springs. We will both be recommending you to our friends, co-workers and family members. We are very satisfied with our vehicle and leasing experience.

Carlos was good salesman but getting you the paperwork is a nightmare. We live in New Mexico .they charge you over 500.00 for the people the send you the title and paperwork we only have 5 more days to get it registered or pay a penalty have not received anything. Carlos said the manager was expediting it a week and half ago nothing. I advise you not buy from Chapman Honda if you live out of state. Our state only gives you thirty days to register then you start paying penalties. Someone get off the pot and get this to us promptly.

9:30 am Appointment for an oil change and recall. Told 2.5 hours. Arrived at noon car had not moved. Service Manager makes excuses and says appointment means you get to talk to a Service Rep. at the time of the appointment, not that your car will be serviced starting at that time.
