We had an outstanding experience with both the dealership and our service advisor. After dealing with vehicle repairs and insurance claims for more than a month, our PHENOMENAL (!!!!!!!!!!!!) service advisor and our service advisor. After dealing with vehicle repairs and insurance claims for more than a month, our PHENOMENAL (!!!!!!!!!!!!) service advisor - David Nagel was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. They kept us informed throughout the process, coordinated directly with the insurance company, and worked diligently to ensure everything was handled properly. The dealership’s service department demonstrated a high level of customer care and commitment to quality. What could have been a very stressful experience was made much easier thanks to their communication, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
