Top to bottom, our vehicle has been maintained with longevity in mind. We bought the vehicle in 2017 with 1500 miles on the odometer and she now has just over 90,000 miles. With the help of Autonation Honda we have been able to keep this machine running in tip top shape and we will continue to do so. This vehicle even has the original battery which my service tech finds to be AMAZING, especially in this Arizona heat! We love our Honda Pilot and we love Autonation Honda in Chandler! Worked with service advisor Alberto Alegria to have A1 service performed on my Honda Ridgeline. After the service technician inspected the vehicle, they identified other items that should be performed an service performed on my Honda Ridgeline. After the service technician inspected the vehicle, they identified other items that should be performed and Alberto reached out to review them with me. One of the items involved parts having to be shipped in from California, so they needed to keep my truck overnight. Alberto offered a courtesy vehicle. I worked with Landry who was very kind and had everything ready when I arrived to pick up the courtesy vehicle. She offered to review and answer any questions I had with the courtesy vehicle since it was a new 2026 CR-V hybrid. My truck was ready the next day as Alberto promised. Since Alberto was out, I worked with service advisor Kyle at checkout. He reviewed the work that was done, walked me through the invoice and asked if I had any questions. The thing I like about this dealership is that you can pay for the invoice right in the advisor’s office, no need to walk to a different location where a cashier is located. Very smooth check out process. A very satisfying service experience all the way around. More
