I started my whole buying experience with finding the car I wanted online which happened to be at this dealership. I filled out all Necessary paperwork the night before. Apon arrival I was quickly greeted and Shown my car which had be washed and all ready to go. Bill Garcia is an outstanding salesman! He answered all questions, very professional, easy to work with and made the residual paperwork very easy. When it was time to do the final financing Erik took over from there. Again very professional, took care of customers needs and made it as painless as possible. All around both gentlemen where very helpfull with my purchase. I would definitely give them 5 stars with my buying experience and making it as easy as possible.

If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. When my 2021 Chevy broke down on me everything from roadside assistance to the customer service at the dealership was extremely horrible. GM roadside did not call the tow truck when they said they would. I also bought an extended warranty for my truck that provided a loaner vehicle and they refused to assist me in getting the loaner. The service department told me I had to get my truck when it was broken and not driveable because I did not have an appointment. When I asked for an appointment they told me it would be a while, but failed to even provide options or a date of when I could get one. The sales department did not care whatsoever about assisting me. After selling the truck back to the dealership, the very next day they took the truck back into service to start the repairs so they could get it on the lot to sell. NEVER AGAIN will I even shop or use this dealership for anything. If you want great customer service go somewhere else, these people do not care about you and will not provide good customer service.

Usually with car dealerships people expect negative review and bad experience. Well not here. From day one this place has been great. I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced here did years. They have always been friendly and done everything I requested in the service side. Now onto the sales side, mr. Daniel runs a very professional show. His Sales staff is sever pushy. I highly respect that. They do their best to make you feel comfortable their. No pressure the way it should be. I’m happy I bought a vehicle from them. And highly recommend you to check them out. My sales person Dave did a wonderful job. Travis as F&I was Precise and to the point. In conclusion it was a great experience.

They knew there was a problem with the car and didn't inform me until after I had purchased the car. They also added $750.00 to the purchase price for "their fees that they charge everyone", added extended warrenty although I had specifically stated I did not want it. Have not replied to certified letter stating wanted refund for the warrenty. Gave me registration that had already expired. I will never deal with this company again. I think everyone who has been scammed by this company should get together and file a lawsuit.
