Mr. T was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He made sure the vehicle was ready, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. It felt like he genuinely wanted me to be happy with the vehicle—not simply make a sale. Eric was equally helpful on the finance side. He took the time to explain my options, listened to my concerns, and worked hard to put together warranty coverage that fit both my needs and my budget. Vast improvements have been made to the service side within the last year. You can now usually get ahold of someone when you call, the service is excellent, and they now have a shuttle for when you do g within the last year. One thing I do not like - is the “We want to buy your” vehicle emails constantly after service. As long as Audi keeps putting real engines in their vehicles - I will keep buying them. More

Was the coolest experience! !!! love this building and the new staff they did very well with what they have. Charles and Mr T was very knowledgeable on the all the vehicles becau !!! love this building and the new staff they did very well with what they have.
