I think what impressed me most was the years of experience of the guys in Used Cars and how they knew their vehicles, knew the electronics, knew the warranties, and knew how to treat me with as lit experience of the guys in Used Cars and how they knew their vehicles, knew the electronics, knew the warranties, and knew how to treat me with as little pressure as possible. They allowed me to make my own decision in my own time, yet they were there to answer my many technical/financing/warranty questions. The price, and I did do my research, was the best in the area. It was used, with 33k miles, so I did a lot of comparisons. I can't think of a single criticism, really. During the process, I called them, and Mark, my salesperson, called me. We talked about a lot of things -- old cars, classics, used cars, new cars. It was interesting. Mark did research on my Terrain, the one I finally bought with 33k miles, to discover that it was purchased right there, and the computer showed that this car had come in for upkeep/servicing (oil changes etc.) eight times. That helped me in feeling it was safe to buy a 2012 vehicle with 33k miles on it. Yes, I'd go back in a heartbeat. And, of course, I wouldn't hesitate to send a friend their way. They gave me a full tank of gas and two years of free oil changes and tire rotation. Also an extended warranty. Nothing to worry about for one or two years. More
This is my third time buying a car from Lewes Auto Mall. Their customer service is unbeatable. I brought my first car back to the body shop for repairs after an accident. My second car had some issues and they were addressed immediately and has been a great working vehicle since. My newest used car I traded my first car for and am delighted. Dana Cera was extremely helpful. He took the time to show us several vehicles. He was knowledgeable and informative and able to answer our questions. He called 5 days later to follow up on the sale and to be sure we were happy. Bob was informative and helped us with all the paperwork as well as explained all the warranties. We had a great experience at Lewes Automall. We will definitely buy there again and recommend them to my friends. We have been going there for service for several years now and have had great experiences. We love our Yukon Denali. More
JB was great in setting me up with a salesperson, and getting me almost the exact vehicle I selected through the USAA Car buying service! We were happy with the friendly staff and attention that we received at Lewes Auto Mall. I was looking for a new car and wasn't expecting to get one right away. Patty showed a few choices and then I test drove a few. After chatting with her about my ideas she went and found a car from another dealer.She had it delivered to the dealership in a day.
