I have purchased or leased 9 new vehicles from Lewes Auto Mall since 1998. I have always been treated professionally and if a problem occured it was taken care of immediately. They always take care of every detail with my cars to make sure I am completely satisfied as a customer. I went to Lewes Auto Mall hunting for a Chevy Equinox and Daniel Jones was my sales contact. I told him what I was looking for along with color and additional options. He hunted on all dealerships in the nearby area and after about 2 weeks he found the exact vehicle I was looking for and I was really pleased with the deal I got. Daniel got the car for me and then showed me how to work the bluetooth options and he actually paired my cell phone for me. He has contacted me several times to make sure I wasn't having any problems and about how I like my car. I think that Daniel went way beyond what most sales people would do and I really appreciate that. I have used the service department a couple of times for oil changes and I'm very happy with them. All the people in the service department are very friendly and they keep you up to date on when your car will be ready. Overall, I would and have highly recommended Lewes Auto Mall More
I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH MY PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER SHIP. It has been a few months since I've bought the vehcile and it seems like every day I dislike the car more and more. It is a 2008 Chevy Malibu, which It has been a few months since I've bought the vehcile and it seems like every day I dislike the car more and more. It is a 2008 Chevy Malibu, which I would never recommend to anyone, suprisingly because Chevrolet has been the past two vehicles I've owned and loved them both. This Malibu is slow when merging onto fast interstates and highways. The overall vehicle does not come with any special features that makes it unique. Anyway, the selling price of the vehicle was sold to me a 15,995.00 After only taking 900.00 dollars of the selling price and me being desprate for a vehicle, Bryan had put SO much rediculous pressure on my mother and I to purchase the vehicle ASAP so that he could squeeze in ANOTHER SALE before the end of the month ( which is monthly income ). After finilizing with paper work and extra warrentys and whatever else they tried to sell us, the final cost of the vehicle for a 5 year loan and ONLY 6.24% intrest rate the total came to 22404.00. As I'm looking at the paperwork now, I can do nothing but regret ever so much that I purchased this vehichle from LEWES AUTO MALL. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. THEY WILL WORK YOU IN WAYS YOU WILL NEVER IMAGINE !!! More

There is nothing else they would be able to do to correct the error. We traded in the GMC in December that appeared to be a lemon as a result of our experience. They seem to be on the correct path for future customers. More
