I purchased my used 2006 Mercury Gran Marquis from Zimbrich/Buick/GMC in July of 2012 and I did not purchase a warranty. There was the 5 month/ 5000 mile warranty included on the car. I have had (2) f Zimbrich/Buick/GMC in July of 2012 and I did not purchase a warranty. There was the 5 month/ 5000 mile warranty included on the car. I have had (2) failures one with the AC and more recently the transmission which started to make a clunking noise. They fixed both problems free of charge and gave me a brand new demo car to use while the car was in the shop. Their customer service has been impeccable and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Chad Collins was our salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all of our questions. He was very friendly and went out of his way to make our car-buying experience enjoyable knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all of our questions. We were undecided between two colors, and he did not have one of the colors on the lot so he had one delivered from another dealership to make our decision easier. Coming to terms of sale was easy and not at all stressful. Very low pressure. The car was such a nice value it sold itself. Rex was an excellent salesperson - professional, friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to every detail. I purchased my third Hyundai from Chad. I took a day off to try to buy a new car and went straight to this dealership since I've had good luck in the past. Chad asked me what I was looking for, even down t to try to buy a new car and went straight to this dealership since I've had good luck in the past. Chad asked me what I was looking for, even down to the color I wanted. I thought my "wants" would outpace my pocketbook and I would have to settle for a smaller vehicle. Chad was able to point me toward a new Sonata with 2000 "manager" miles on it but otherwise still brand new in terms of warranties and whatnot. With the reduced price, rebates, a Hyundai loyalty credit and my trade-in, I was able to get the car I really wanted which should have cost me at least $5,000 more than I paid. Chad even set up the bluetooth for my phone and gave me a basic introduction to the full navigation system. I haven't figured out all of the bells and whistles yet but I know I will; and if I have any questions I know who to call. More

I bought a new Honda Accord on 2-28-12.It had swirl marks on it, and they had it in twice and have not fixed it. It looks worse than when I got it. Now Lindsey Raftis is telling me there is nothing more they on it, and they had it in twice and have not fixed it. It looks worse than when I got it. She even checked with 2 professional detailers, and they told her, there is nothing more to be done, and they would not touch the car. Lindsey told me if I wanted to pay $3500.00, I could get a new car. WOW - this was there screw up, not mine, and they want me to pay for their mistake. BBB has been notified, and I am not done with this yet. They should take care of their problem! More
