I appreciated Jeff Bauhs being able to reschedule my appointment for the same day!! Everyone was very accomodating when I had to use a loaner vehicle since work still needed to be done on my van and I h appointment for the same day!! I shopped around at quite a few dealerships from Madison to Chicago and was given the royal runaround, I happened to call one day for info and was connected to Mike Olsen, He was pleasant ,professional, informative, and just darn nice. My daughter and I made a appointment to see him on 2/9/13. I don't think I ever had a better experience leasing a car than I had on that day. He made the experience most pleasing. He changed my opinion on car salesman and for sure made me and my daughter loyal customers of Zimbrick for any future purchases. Thank you for having him work for you. Anyway my pleasant experience with Zimbrick Honda continues. Unfortunately 4 days after leasing the car I was involved in a minor fender bender. I contacted the body shop and brought in the car for an estimate since someone hit me their insurance was liable.Your associates Lee Stock and Candy Trapp made this horrible experience of a new car accident into a pleasant one. They handled all the red tape with state farm and your body shop made my daughters car look new again, again I want to thank you for having them as your employees. My pleasant journey continues, Also I noticed a scratch mark on the drivers side of the windshield in an arch from top to bottom. I contacted Mike Olsen who put me in touch with Rich Baker from the service dept. I was kind of skeptical on what would happen, But again Mr Baker came through for Zimbrick, He looked at the car while it was at the body shop and contacted me that the windshield would be replaced, I was very happy and wasn't prepared for this all around positive customer service,again thank you for having Mr Baker as your employee. I have been purchasing cars a few times over my 59 years, I cant recall a single time when a dealership as a whole was such a pleasant and positive experience. Tom Strahota always provides prompt, courteous and knowledgable service. I can always get an appointment in a reasonable time frame, and the car is ready as promised. Whenever visting Zimbrick Infiniti, they treat you like royalty. Kyle Thompson made sure to cover the work that was completed in great detail and answered all of my questions with respect and great knowled royalty. I would recommend the Zimbrick Infiniti service department to anyone. They make the process of having your vehicle serviced pain free. The process of picking up my vehicle was fast, I did not have to wait in a long line to pay for the service and the service advisor answered all of my questions to make sure I was happy. I believe that the service department at Zimbrick Infiniti is the best place to have your vehicle serviced. They are friendly, respectful of busy schedules, and do the job right the first time! More

Wednesday afternoon, came into the Hyundai Dealership for a new vehicle for my husband after we hit a deer and totalled out our Sante Fe...we were looking for our 5th Hyundai in 19 years. We left that evening with a new Tuscan for my husband and returned today to pick up a new Genesis Coupe for me that I feel in love with while my husband was working on the paperwork for his Tuscan. We love the reliability of the Hyundai vehicles and the terrific service post purchase! We worked with Chad four years ago when we purchased a new car. Since then we moved away from the Madison-area, but gave him a call when we were looking to trade that vehicle for another new car. We were not having a good experience with our local dealer, so we made the trip back to Madison to work with Chad. It was another wonderful experience - he was very knowledgeable, very thorough, and really cared about giving us good service. We were on a time crunch, and he even took that into consideration and wrapped up our sale quickly and effortlessly. Thank you Zimbrick and thank you Chad for all your help. Initially came in because the wheel lugnut key was missing in the Pilot and my salesman Dave Moderow was exceptional. He took care of it and got me a replacement - no muss, no fuss. Thanks Dave!
