Not Satisfactory It was my first time to schedule service on this location as I usually go to the Grand Canyon location. I came in 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled It was my first time to schedule service on this location as I usually go to the Grand Canyon location. I came in 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment. I had been told the oil change would take about 45- 60 minutes so I patiently wait even within my original appointment schedule. It was about 30 minutes past the 60 minute time frame so I kind of try to get around to see if my car required longer servicing only to see that my car is already parked outside (I assumed it was dine and ready to go). I went to find the person who assisted me when I came in but couldn’t see him in his desk. So I still waited, until somebody approached me saying that my service request was endorsed to him because the first person has to leave for something else. More

Just wiper blade installation. I received my update from Zimbrick and it included a coupon for new wiper blades and Aquapell for the windshield.
