Great Service without Trying to Sell What You Don't Need We have been going to Zimbrick for years with several Honda cars I have owned. Most everything has been routine maintenance. On one occasion there w We have been going to Zimbrick for years with several Honda cars I have owned. Most everything has been routine maintenance. On one occasion there was a rattle in our 2000 Odyssey that we owned at the time, which was our first vehicle we took to Zimbrick after moving to the area. Other shops told us suspension problems. Zimbrick evaluated the vehicle and told us the brake pistons in the caliper tend to get loose after a while, but they don't cause any problems. Zimbrick offered to replace them if the rattle bugged us, but made it clear they didn't need to be replaced. We opted to live with the rattle and have been a customer ever since. Other instances like this have arisen over the years that they have always treated with the same honesty. They also know the vehicles very well. More
