Very happy customer! We drove through dealerships and wanted to look at 2 cars. We were greeted by Darren and asked if we need any help or questions about cars. We took both cars for a ride and liked Lexus a lot but we still wanted to see what else other dealerships has to offer. We went to his office and told him our price range and car features we looking for in the car. He tried to find a best match for us through out their inventory and even offered to get a car from other lots for us. Darren was understanding about us wanting to leave and asked us to call if we need anything. After few hours of looking around we called Darren about a car we found online on their west side dealership, that we wanted to look at too. He called them and set us up to see it. 20 min later Darren called us back and offered very good deal on the Lexus we drove earlier. We decided to come back and buy it! Everything just felt right with him. Darren was genuine and helpful. Paperwork didn't take a lot of time. Very happy with our purchase and most of all how Darren treated us.
