He gave us pricing for the 2018 we were looking at, as well as pricing for the 2019 model. I appreciated this, because we could make an educated decision on whether or not we wanted to upgrade. He also brought out the 2019 so we could see it. We decided to go with the 2018 and he wasn't pushy or pretentious, both of which I've experienced on other car lots. And even though it was past closing time, he didn't hurry us to make a final decision. The cleaning and touch-up we requested was done and looks fantastic! This experience has been great and I will recommend Zimbrick Eastside to my friends and family! More
