We received excellent service during a nasty snow storm when Zimbrick was uber busy. Steve even gave us a loaner which we kept for a week while the service department was dealing with our insurance company when Zimbrick was uber busy. Wouldn't wash the car because window was cracked. I understand that, but it was marked green on the inspection sheet.
