Service Today, I had my car in the shop for a campaign to be done. When I showed up for the work to be done. They told me it was going to take one hour. So I went to the waiting room and had a cup of coffee. Before I could finish my second cup they had my car ready for me. They even washed it. It only took them 30 minutes to do everything. I would come here again for all my work. More
Highly advise AGAINST these guys We bought our certified pre-owned 2015 Hyundai Sonata (hybrid) on October 2nd, 2017 after seeing a listing online. The car ran great and I felt comfor We bought our certified pre-owned 2015 Hyundai Sonata (hybrid) on October 2nd, 2017 after seeing a listing online. The car ran great and I felt comfortable with all of the arrangements even after signing the paperwork and leaving the lot. The gentleman who sold us the car only had one key for the car, and mentioned that every certified pre-owned car is guaranteed two sets of car keys, so he went to the back and found a spare key, mentioning that we would need to get it programmed to work with our car, as they did not have anyone there at that time to do it for us (that should have been a red flag for us considering that they are a certified dealership and service location...). We were okay with that, thinking it would be an easy fix. Less than a week later, my partner went to another Hyundai dealership (closer to our home) and paid $50 to get the key programmed to our car, only to find out that the key given to us by the car salesman was not actually for the Hyundai Sonata, but for a Hyundai Elantra and that their keys were not interchangeable (e.g., you cannot use the key for one for the other style of car). My partner called from the other dealership to the Racine Hyundai and spoke to Scott, who told him they would mail us a new key for the Sonata for us to program. We waited three weeks, just in case there was a mail delay and didn't receive anything. I called again the second week of November and spoke to one of the female sales representatives and she took my information down, said someone would call us back by the end of the day (spoiler alert: no one called us back). Mid November I had a family emergency and decided I wanted to get out of my car loan in order to move back home without any unnecessary debts. I stopped by one evening and tried to sell back my car. Basically, I didn't sell my car back that night, but did ask Adrian if I could have a replacement key, he said he would order it and call us when it was ready to be picked up. Two weeks pass, Adrian never called us back. I call back, speak to another manager and they said they would call us back, they never did. Long story short: We have now called over 20 times to this same dealership since October and haven't gotten a call back from them about the key due to us, as part of our certified pre-owned vehicle plan. The last time I called was Monday, March 5th, 2018 at 6:49 PM. I spoke to Adrian once again, in which he told me he would call me back the SAME DAY with more information, and never did. Frankly, I'm tired of their awful service. I didn't pay a premium on a certified pre-owned vehicle to be cheated out of a second key. I wish I would have read reviews before visiting them and would highly advise AGAINST using them for ANY car sales or services. If you're looking for quality service, use the Hyundai service & sale dealership in West Allis. More
Worst experience ever I had an appt to see a car I saw online. When I got there they passed me off to someone else who took my basic information, The car was still buried i I had an appt to see a car I saw online. When I got there they passed me off to someone else who took my basic information, The car was still buried in the row of cars, no attempt to have it warmed up or near the door like other dealers do. Once we started talking price and I made an offer, Adrian came over and laughed at my offer, never came back with a counter offer and asked what do I know about the value of a car. With the condition of the car, I told him I felt that was all it was worth but he kept saying that market value was higher than I offered. I was ok with them not accepting my offer, there are other dealers out there, but they didn't have to imply I know nothing about cars and resort to insulting me. More

The salesman I worked with, Bret, was outstanding at making sure he knew exactly what I was looking for in a car, he was knowledgeable about the products, and very easy to work with. The sales managaer, Scott, and the GM, Adrian were both respectful and informative. I have less than perfect credit, so they not only make me feel welcome, but fought the banks to get me approved! I couldn't thank these guys enough. Joe in finance was an expert in his field and made sure I was comfortable. This whole process was excellent from top to bottom, and not pushy at all. I highly recommend these guys. More

Great service. I had been to Hyundai dealer in Gurnee and not one person spoke to me and walked the sales floor for approximately 10 minutes while 2 people service. Buyer beware Several months ago my daughter and I went to Racine Hyundai to look at a used Hyundai Accent. Turned out it didn't have cruise control so my daughter Several months ago my daughter and I went to Racine Hyundai to look at a used Hyundai Accent. Turned out it didn't have cruise control so my daughter wasn't interested. But then Adrian(the GM)got involved and told us he could have it installed and that sealed the deal. About a month later my daughter was on the highway and the cruise control wouldn't disengage. In other words, she had a runaway car that wouldn't stop. After about 10/15 minutes of weaving in and out of traffic(at 75 mph with no brakes)the cruise suddenly reengaged. Thankfully everything turned out okay but still a very horrifying experience. I instructed her to never turn on the cruise again and we had it removed asap. Now I would have thought that Racine Hyundai would have been apologetic and sympathetic and gone out of their way to appease us. None of the above. The Service Mgr. was downright rude and the GM(Adrian)couldn't have been more arrogant and elusive. It took them 2+ months to get around to finally refunding us. Customer Service? In our case...zilch. Pathetic dealership! More
