Whatever questions we had were answered and we were able to spend as much time driving the car as we felt was needed to get an idea about how it handled and worked. The two items we wanted included (spare tire and cargo bay cover) were thrown in to the deal without extra cost. Just as a side note, the big selling point for the Ioniq was the lifetime warranty on the electric system batteries, a feature not found with other brands. When we came into get the tire and cargo cover, the service was fairly quick and very professional and friendly. In fact, everyone was friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with you. More

However, th The customer service is an absolute joke and they lie their way to get sales closed. I went to buy a car here and found one I liked. However, there was some serious interior damage. I tried to get them to come down on price due to this, however they countered by saying they would fix all these issues instead, if I paid the asking price. Unfortunately, stupid me, believed them. They presented a signed "We owe" document to fix these issues. I had to take the car back to the dealership to get them fixed. One of the issues was that they would replace the door weather strips that seal the door because of all the rips on the top of them. However, upon picking the car back up, all they did was slap some shoddy glue work all over and called it done. Upon complaints to management, they explained they never agreed to replace, just "repair". Apparently, throwing a band aid on something makes it all better in their eyes. It's definitely very upsetting that they completely lied during the purchase agreement and can't deliver what they promised in contingency to the sale. I can only imagine how they fix bigger issues here... cracked radiator = wrap some duct tape around it and good as new punctured tire = throw some bubblegum on it Overall, just disappointed in the dealership and myself for falling for their lies and scams. Bad Customer Service Went to take a test drive during the $40 promo period. Never received the gift card and they had no knowledge of it when I confronted them about it. Won't start Car would not start on a Saturday they changed the battery. Then on Christmas day the car would not start again. They have been very good and getting things completed we've had several things that have been needed repaired since we bought the car but they have repaired it each time at no cost. More

Very nice service but very very very high tax and fees Love the people. Really nice people. Just that the tax and fees started at $3,000. It took almost an hour to get it down to the amount I’m willing to Love the people. Really nice people. Just that the tax and fees started at $3,000. It took almost an hour to get it down to the amount I’m willing to take. They dropped it to $900 tax and fees total. Still $200-$300 more than i expected but i was tired of looking for a car. So i took it with that many tax and fees. They made it happen. Just that it took a while for it to happen. The wait after buying the car was very long. Oil change with issue, kudos to Jay for resolving it! I had an oil change and the technician neglected to replace the cabin filter, causing my glove box to fall apart after I left. Thanks to Jay the service guy for calling me, and being so upfront and honest about what happened. It's awesome that Jay told the truth and promised to fix it, which he did himself. Kind of puts a doubt in my head about reliability of the inspection process on the rest of the car. Plus why does the next service required sticker only shows 6000 mile interval when 7500 is the normal? More
