I did get a return email from you from the service manager to call him. I'm cutting my losses as I shall not do business there again, and that includes the purchase of a new Pacifica (which I love), a manager to call him. First, I was told that it was a manufacturing defect (software update), then told it was a $280 fix, and then there seemed to be another $400 after. I asked for my car back and got a $140 charge. I told at least the USB ports work, and they don't. Why would I ever do business with Zeigler again Keep the darn $140 I'm probably ahead rather then go back More
