They claim they have not record of the tire rotations but we bought a package that included oil changes and tire rotation. Also the bald guy working the service desk talks down to women. Horrible dealership Bought a used car from them...took it back 2 days later because of a grinding noise in the front end. Professional in some ways, shady in others. I will say that I was told one price by the online person and the sales manager would not, I repeat, would not honor it.
