We had a slight bump the next day when I went to get the car undercoated, but Jessica in service was great. There was not a loaner available but she got it all taken care of. There was a very tall guy whose name I missed who was apparently in charge of such things who seemed to be more interested in talking on the phone than solving the problem—to the point of rudeness. There were a couple of other minor problems but Jessica was very patient in getting them solved. Many thanks to a helpful employee. More

Did not fix my car. Claimed it was a "jeep thing". They had my car for almost 3 weeks and did not fix it. Claimed it was not broken and it was a lifted Jeep issue. I have had lifted jeeps before and it was clearly not right. I took it to my own mechanic and he diagnosed it a short time. The ball joints were bad and jeep was clearly not alligned. He did not even feel it was safe to drive. More

false advertising We recently bought a Used 2016 BMW from Zeigler Chrysler, Jeep, Masarati in Schaumburg. The advertising on Cars.com and other websites said the car ha We recently bought a Used 2016 BMW from Zeigler Chrysler, Jeep, Masarati in Schaumburg. The advertising on Cars.com and other websites said the car had the following features of which it had none. Navigation, backup camera, Heated & cooled seats (heated only), Blind spot warning, keyless entry & an audio input. The salesman we originally dealt with was more interested in showing me how he could drive the car. When I left he said he would call later to let me know what our trade in was worth. When he called we were driving and after telling us what the trade was worth we asked what was the bottom line after the trade, taxes etc. He tried telling us that was an $1100.00 dealer prep charge. I've never heard of such a thing I a used car. Absolutely ridiculous. We called back and asked for a manager that had to call us back. After speaking with the manager we came to a deal that included a new set of tires. When we picked up the car the following week it did not have a new set of tires. We were handed a " We Owe" sheet the list 4 tires. That was 1 1/2 weeks ago. After calling the dealership yesterday to find out where our tires were we told they were on order. Today the original dopey salesman called so we could send him a picture of the tires so he knew what size to order. STAY AWAY from these guys More
