Excellent service! I did not feel rushed at any time. Took my time to find the right vehicle for me. The salesperson (Miguel Pagas) that worked with me was very nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Took his time and made me feel very confident and comfortable about the vehicle I was purchasing. Even after hours he stayed by our side, making sure everything was ok. Lawrence the guy in finance was very friendly and made the transition of purchasing a car very easy and smoothly. I recommend Ziegler, this our third time buying a car from there and each time has been a good experience. More

After talking about two Chrysler Town & Country Van's listed on their website they sent me this. Hey it"s from Zeigler Automotive. Let's get you driving today! 0 $ down and your 1st payment is 45 days listed on their website they sent me this. Hey it"s from Zeigler Automotive. Let's get you driving today! 0 $ down and your 1st payment is 45 days after you get your vehicle. Call me 331-998-2220 BAD CREDIT IS ACCEPTED!!! I drove over an hour to this location. I sent text and made a phone call to confirm the two vehicle on their website were there on the lot. I got there and started the finance process right away. I was told it would be an hour before the salesman would show me the vehicle. I suggested we look wild await for the finance department was told it would be a few minutes and sat there a half hour then walking the lot with the sales associate could not find either of the vehicles on the lot then I told they would not even qualify for financing because even 2012 was to old that and I would need to Buy a new or newer vehicle an require $4000 down. Requesting a Bait and switch review by the Illinois office of professional license. Update: I was told completely income based” and that they wouldn’t do a hard inquiry on my credit. I just received notice from Credit karma they hit 5 times they made hard inquiries on my credit this is derogatory and may make it harder to obtain credit for the next year. More
